I went to visit Omar last week with my BMW that traveled here from NJ where cars are inspected and there they place a sticker on your windshield when it passes inspection. When the sticker is removed the tint is also removed therefore my front windshield needed to be retinted. Meeting Omar was such a wonderful experience. He is such an incredible person and so very kind. He removed my tint today and replaced it with new tint and I realized that the tint application that I had previously was really not very good. I came here July of 2023. Omar charged and installed $270 for the Nano Hybrid Carbon I originally wanted the more expensive Carbon Ceramic as I confirmed in text. Next few day I wasn't very happy the bubbles on my windows hadn't gone away. I expressed this concern with Omar and he said the outside of my car was very dirty even though I came from car wash, note it was a windy day. Said I brought a vehicle with a lot of dust which is more work. He agreed to replace all my tints with bubble for a fee of $80 more. Said this time he'd use pressure air to avoid a messy job. I wanted the Carbon Ceramic originally and he offered to put them on my front windows "free" of charge with $80 extra to replace all windows with bubbles so I asked how much for all Carbon, $160 extra was agreed. Originally Carbon ceramic was $370. I ended up paying $270+$160 for $430 total. I washed again and he installed Carbon ceramic on all window for the extra $160. All went fairly well until one back window had the same bubbles as first. I came back for the 3rd time and he did the one back window free of charge. My windows still have fairly small bubbles and one in the back had a scratch in the corner. Overall after almost a year there isn't any peeling or discoloration. Just some micro bubbles with debris bubbles here and there. Maybe if your car is brand new and no dust I recommend him. Otherwise if you've had your car for a year go somewhere they'll clean up better prior to installation. Edit: To his reply I left his tape on my window buttons for probably a week before I took them off so I wouldn't accidentally roll them down. I noticed the scratch as soon as I got into my car. Was not my doing at all. You can see they are different windows just on the same side of the vehicle. Anyone would be dissatisfied with bubbles in their tint. Especially debris under. read more
