Jesse is a true pro. (Unfortunately I've had to call on him 3 times. He's come to my place in La Quinta and I've also gone to his shop in Palm Desert. I had a small (1-1.5 cm) but pretty deep windshield chip. Finally got around to fixing it. It didn't look like a huge or intricate crack so I shopped around for prices. Jesse responded the quickest and quoted me the most reasonable price. He got it done quick, was professional, and explained the process so I knew what to look out for since there's warrant with them. Got hit by a rather large rock from a landscaping truck a few months ago. Been meaning to address the chip but would never think of it until I was in the car driving. Today I go home from an errand and forced myself to look into a repair. I reached out to Jesse and he was over at my house in no time at all. Window is about 90 percent perfect with his process. Jesse is responsive, personable and good at what he does. I highly recommend Jesse. read more

Do not bother with those companies that advertise on TV all of the time. Who do you think pays for that advertising? The customer. I was directed to this business through Yelp and so glad I did. I had a pebble hit my glass and it did make a slight hole. Jesse knows what he is doing and his fee was extremely reasonable. Very happy I found this place, next to Westfield Mall. read more

An amazing and very friendly team came to my hotel and exchanged my broken windshield in no time at all. Several months later, my windshield was replaced and no problems encountered. I am very pleased to recommend Henry's Auto glass. It would have been twice as expensive if I had gone through Safelite with a large deductible on my auto insurance. read more

We were heading out of town and noticed a small chip in the windshield of our RV. Jesse met us in a parking lot off the freeway, and had our repair done in 15 minutes. Highly recommend! Went off roading and caught a windshield chip. Called Jesse (another shop recommended him) - he quoted a very reasonable price and since he's mobile, he was able to meet up with us within the hour-ish! The chip is almost unnoticeable and he solidified it so it doesn't spread. Super nice guy, very professional (we were a mess after a long day climbing rocks and sand but he was completely put together), well spoken, kind, funny AND gave us a rec for a shop to do some other work for us. We are all-around happy! Thanks Jesse - no doubt we will see you again soon - off-roading is life! read more

Do you see the dime-sized rock chip crack on my windshield now? I hardly do. I drive a Mercedes Sprinter Adventure Van and last night I unfortunately got a windshield chip with a slight crack on the freeway heading to Palm Desert. I was afraid the crack might grow so I went on to Yelp at 7AM the next morning to search and request for a quote. Jesse replied in 10 minutes with a quote. His shop opens by the Palm Desert Mall at 9AM at the carwash. When I arrived Jesse was professional and fixed my windshield within 30 minutes and probably would have been faster had I not chatted with him. I highly recommend him, the owner. He does mobile at your place service too. read more
