When I shattered my back window with my subwoofer it was 3 am and I drove home with a breeze. Safety glass is still sharp. The following morning I stopped in and they were on the job instantly! Then recently I found myself in another bind with a broken motor on my half rolled up drivers window. Driving with tape may have blocked the sun but it was not the look. Back at Auto Glass and these guys are 2 for 2 on 5 star service. Prices are understandable, the work is quality- thanks again, my a/c can chill a bit read more

These guys were great! They told me a time to order by for same day delivery of my windshield. They actually got it early and the actual replacement was only 30 minutes. Also, they have very competitive prices. This is a no brainer, I'll try not to be behind trucks kicking up pebbles on the freeway but if I get another one, I'm coming back here for sure. read more

I found Indio Auto Glass as I was driving by. The guys here are awesome! Fixed my windows on my old 99 Ford F-150 flareside, she (nalgona) likes Indio Auto Glass too! I won't go to anyone else. They are honest & reasonable, a business that you can trust! PS: My window regulator for the passenger window, stopped working in Nov 2015...I had put the truck on non op as I got cancer & haven't driven it, so I can't drive it to Indio to get it checked out. I called to see if someone could come to my home to check it & they could not. Just an added edit to inform. read more

My hubby brought my car in to this place last week after my windshield was broken. We called lots of places and this was the cheapest. They didn't have the "right windshield" so they told him they had to order it... Understandable, they scheduled him for 9 am the next morning, and the window was not there (should of been our first clue). They rescheduled for noon, my hubby got there they replaced the window, quickly and pain free (at least we thought). Than unfortunately it happened again in the same week.. We called them about a warranty or any help they could offer.. They were totally rude! "Not our problem, it was another window, another crack, you have to pay for it" So since it wasn't as bad we went to elsewhere for the repair, it was there that we come to find out that Indio Auto Glass installed the wrong window, and they broke our cover behind the rearview mirror. So what happened to the window we were "waiting" for, or the one that was "ordered"? When we went back and asked the men there were completely rude and said "we were only bitching because we had another crack" and "if it wasn't cracked we would've thought about helping you, but since it is it's not our problem". On top of that what business does not give you a receipt? We went back to request a proof of purchase... What is your "warranty policy" exactly? Does it include rudeness and attitude or did I pay extra for that? Oh and don't even bother asking for anyone's name cause that is like pulling teeth... A little compassion and good customer service goes a long way!! Not cool guys, not cool! read more

Arrived in Indio on Friday night from Phoenix for my daughters basketball tournament. While having dinner some POS shattered my drivers side window and stole all our luggage. Saturday morning I called numerous glass companies for a repair and got no where. I called Eddie at Indio glass and within an hour my window was replaced. He also let me use his personal vehicle to go get coffee read more

My friends cannot believe I got my windshield replaced in one hour and for the price that I paid. Since this was the first time in my 49 years of driving that I got a cracked windshield--and just from from a small pebble, I had no idea that my car with less than 8000 miles would not be covered under warranty because this was considered breakage caused by "impact". I had no idea that we did not have insurance for "glass". I was pretty disgusted to learn all of this, but finding Indio Auto Glass made me feel a whole lot better. They did a great job and made me feel a whole lot better about having to deal with a crappy situation. read more
