I just have to say, if you are doubting what a huge difference having your car treated by the products from the people at CERAMIC PRO PALM DESERT can do, let me put your worries to rest! I recently posted a review when my car was treated with five layers of ceramic and in the interior and I had the protective film added. A few weeks after my car was completed by CERAMIC PRO, somebody opened my car door and hit a pole. I was expecting a lot of damage, dent and for sure some scratches. To my shock. There was barely a blemish! I had my auto detail guy, buff it out instantly and quickly. This guy has been detailing cars for 15 years, and he was shocked that he didn't even have to touch the topcoat to buff out the blemish. His exact quote was, " I've seen a lot of applications from companies that do CERAMIC coating and PPF, but whoever treated your car is top-notch. Can you tell me who it is so I can refer my customers?" Thats all the proof I needed! Not to mention, the treatment I had done with CERAMIC PRO, made washing my car almost hardly ever! Dust and sand seem to blow off and not stick to the paint. Plus, when the car gets wet with the rain or a wash, the water literally sits on top of the hood in bubbles the size of small rocks, and just roll off! The water doesn't streak the way it usually does when you wash your car. No need to wax! CERAMIC PRO is already generous with their pricing, but when you add up having to get scratches and dents fixed, having to repair paint from the sand in the desert....the investment you make with CERAMIC PRO pays for itself really quickly! I just got a new vehicle and I can't wait to see the amazing job they will do on my new vehicle as well. Plus, I have to admit, the business owners are some of the most pleasant, accommodating people I have met. That is a rare thing in today's world. They care about your car as if it was their own and the finished product proves that! Both the owner and his wife respond back to you quickly and answer any and all questions and don't make you feel dumb if this is your first time treating your vehicle. I just bought a pre-owned 2023 Audi S8 CPO in Florida and had it shipped here to La Quinta. Car had major water spotting on the hood and I had a mobile guy come to buff it out and ceramic coat it (what a mistake) as he used an off brand ceramic. Seriously, Ceramic Pro products are the best hands down! I'm so impressed with the service received and the whole staff here at the Palm Desert store. I got my new Tesla Model 3 done up with the works just over a year ago. I went in last month for my annual service. I waited to make this review because all of this was new to me and I wanted to see how it all held up. I got my windows tinted, ppf, and ceramic coating inside and out. I love it all. The car looks so good after washing it, it's like getting a new car over and over. It never gets old seeing the water bead up on the hood. While the product is what I went there for (and highly recommend it), it's the customer service why I cannot recommend them enough. Brittany and Jesus are awesome. They are super friendly and determined to make your experience top-notch. Every time I have dealt with them they are the best! I took my Model Y to Ceramic Pro for 360 ceramic tint. I have had ceramic tint on another car before so I know it's value in the desert heat. I read about other Tesla fans getting 3M and other fancy work done so I was not sure about the tint Kavaca and contemplated going into LA or OC to get it done right. But I read about it and decided to go for it. It looks really great! I got 35 front, 25 back & roof, and 70 for windshield. I had the Platinum protection package applied to my new Tesla Model 3. Dave Wilson brilliantly did the job a couple of months ago November 2019. Jan 15, 2020, my car was slimed by a pickup leaking highway road paint like a river. I called Dave immediately and he said bring it right over. He was able to clean the road paint off of my car quite easily and beautifully. Had I not had the ceramic pro protection seal on my car, the result would have been a $1000 paint job or more. The cleaning of the highly reflective and sticky paint only cost me $100 and an afternoon at Dave's shop. Noting how crazy roadways are these days, I would highly recommend this coating and getting to Dave's shop post haste. His prices are great and ceramic pro is a really great product. read more
