The only bad thing was being on the 6th floor and noticing that the guard rails on the balcony was made from pvc pipe and noticed a crack in it, so we made sure the kids didn't go lean on it. So, there are literally NO amenities. in spite of the fact that we are charged a monthly amenities fee. This place is looking so trashy. I guess that's why they dont clean up any trash or wash the windows on the units. I would think twice before moving here.

They don't follow any of the rules they that they say they will enforce. I have a stack of rules that are clearly not taken seriously based on how this place is being run. The PM is a joke and has a horrible attitude and nothing is handled professionally. There is dog feces on the grounds and I had complained to him about it. His answer was "people hide their dogs so we can't test them" even though we were charged for a dog DNA service upon move-in! They put so many rule notices out that they screwed in plastic sleeves by the front door to put them which looks so bad. Time and time again their 24 hour notices when things would be happening (water shutoff, etc.) would fall far less than 24 hours. I even called him out on it once and his reply was to check my ring camera which proved they didn't give me 24 hours notice. A few months back I encountered a very aggressive dog twice while walking my dog and reported it. Their solution was for me to call animal services the next time it tries to attack my dog and give the PM a copy of the report once I do. Young kids/teens hang out at the pool without adult supervision and trash the bathrooms, etc. The grounds are unkept and there's trash everywhere especially on the side where the majority of the families live. They've obviously lowered their standards of who they are allowing to live here now because they couldn't rent them and it certainly shows. Hopefully this review will help people from becoming a resident of this trashy place... wish I would've checked reviews before I moved in.

By that point we were already bumping into walls and rethinking our life choices. We are NOT escape room experts and this one totally wrecked us but it was still a blast. The clues were hard but clever, and our game master, Moth, was amazing. Super chill and didn't make us feel dumb (even though we were). We didn't escape, but we didn't cry either. The $25 fee is going to be $45 after the "online booking fee." So we do the walk in thing. First, there's a 15 year old kid running the place. Alone. He tells us they only go by appointments. I show him their Facebook post about taking walk ins. He hems and haws. Then says "it's gonna take me 15-20 minutes to set it up. That's why we want an appointment." I offered to leave. No one was in the place but this kid, me, and my kid, and he clearly doesn't want us there. After maybe 3 minutes, it's set up. He comes to get payment. Now we learn there's a $20 walk in fee. I told the kid to just state that the fee is $45 and be done. He says "that's not what I do." Cool. Got it. My son had fun. For what it's worth, the enjoyed the time. You get 20 minutes and you are basically hitting some old coffee cups and junk with a bat. I confirmed that the kid was 15 and the only person there. I support young people working. But I don't expect them to be great. Someone should be there helping this kid. His customer service skills were as poor as I'd expect from most all kids his age. The owners need to help him, communicate better, and offer something worth $45. Overpriced, poor service, and low quality activity. We won't be returning.
