From time to time things do need to fixed and I gotta say this company has two wonderful people to assist in that. Darlene is a gem! I cant say enough good things about her. She responds quickly, gets the help that's needed AND follows up. I don't think we have ever had a person as good as she is when it comes to maintenance in a house we rent. I really feel like I need to send her something to express how much her help is appreciated. The other person that is fantastic is the maintenance guy, Donnie. He is so calm, informative and just overall a nice person to deal with. His work is always done extremely well and timely! Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone just based on my experience.

I was deployed to a war zone while my wife was moving back in and they couldn't waste their precious Saturday to give her the keys back. Wouldn't trust them to walk my dog down the street.

If you own property and need a book keeper, Mike might be your guy. However, if you need somebody…read moreto actually manage your property, you better find someone who is competent. He "managed" 2 of my properties. His "inspections" were useless. Whenever, I flew into town to check on my property, I always found major damage that magically happened right after an inspection. I renovated one house before hiring him. He gave it back to me with every door kicked in, ceiling collapsed and the roof was rotted out. If Mike "manages" your property it might cost $30,000 in repairs when he returns it to you. Don't expect him to do anything that actually requires work on his part. Because the "House" wasn't ready? It's been a month? - took us 1 month to get into this house - Then we get the WRONG set of keys on move in day, luckily we got them early so they could bring us the right ones. - then we put in work orders wait days call asking about them they seem they don't understand and they get put in that day because we get the email stating that it was submitted - Sharon always says it's in the email and it never is and I went to go over the email AGIAN and she hung up on me like what?! - Sharon is the worst property manager rudest person ever!!I I have who I believe is manager helping us the whole way Nicole who super friendly and nice I can say - Communication between the tenants, companies that fulfill the work orders and reality masters is just awful I have to call both parties to figure out what's going on. There's so much more issues I've had but I don't have all day to keep writing these are just a few Nicole I will give 5 stars she always resolves an issue never rude if it wasn't for her I don't know what I would do Thanks for being great at your job Nicole !
