Then i went to them to ask why i wasnt moved at the end of the month. I was met with aggravation and blantant gas lighting. And accordingly to them i was over reacting and states that i was aggressive. As a black women it is was so text book. Just to get me off thier back about my apartment .they told me they werent working on the apartment we agreed to. but a completely different apartment. and the apartment was also not complete. At this point i just had to shut up, because the next thing out of my mouth could land me who knows where. Homeless. With this rhetoric it made me uncomfortable and just sad cause i feel like im not allowed to be angry about something that anyone with a fiber of compassion would be upset about.

Oh, but they will take $100 off for the mishap. Don't book with them, they don't hold up their end of an agreed upon contract.

I notified them and made them aware of the situation and that her doctors did not authorize her for travel upon her release from the hospital. Stephanie said, well, that's too bad, you should have gotten trip insurance because we cannot refund your payment or push your reservation to another time. SO, if you are considering EVER using this company, know that they will NOT give you a refund of 100%....it will be 50%, doesn't even matter if it is for a DEATH in your family. They just do not care why OR about you. So, do not book with this company unless, a.) you get trip insurance OR b.) you have so much money that you don't care that you lose thousands of dollars. Note: At no point during the booking process was travel insurance mentioned, offered, or recommended--something that could have made a significant difference in how this was handled. Only after I requested a change due to my daughter's hospitalization was insurance brought up, which felt reactionary rather than proactive.

An old looking stairway to the door that clearly needed to be replaced. When you walk in, the scent of old furniture matched with the style and color. The costs to stay here did not match what we were given. That evening is when everything went downhill. The thunder storm and heavy winds that came through flooded the retention pond that flooded the parking lot and the walkway between the other properties. When the wind blows heavy you can feel the building move. The property floods every time it has a heavy rain. I found out 1st hand for that to be true along with talking to a owner that lives on the property. Which was never disclosed or descripted in any of the literature that they provided. There is no 24 hour maintenance as described. The next morning we made phone calls to management. When we finally got contact they asked if we send them pictures of the flooded parking lot. I requested to be moved on that property where it wasnt flooded. They responded that they had to evacuations 1st so asked be patient with them so that they can rectify my situation. We had to walk through dirty pond water to get to our vehicle and then clean off our feet every time we needed to go somewhere. They did offer to send us to another property 30 minutes away which would have took us out of Pensacola beach. I did not accept, thats why we came to Pensacola beach in the 1st place. I did request a refund for the remaining 2 days and they offered a refund  and an inconvenience fee but couldn't disclose the amount because they had to talk to their boss. They're refunded me but not half of what I paid and no inconvenience fee was given at all. I contacted them several times afterwards and no one has responded to any of my messages. My wife's birthday was basically ruined and my Father's Day was not half bad being as though we were not walking through dirty pond water to celebrate it. The food that I purchased was basically trash. There was no accommodations at the hotel for all the food that I purchased. So my 4 day plan to stay ended in 2 days and was forced to rent a hotel room for the remaining time of our stay.  So I will not be staying at this property anymore and I will not refer anybody to stay at this property anymore. She told us she was going to try and help us with a refund and then went radio silent but thankfully at least brought us a trash can as there wasn't one when we showed up. No WiFi, things falling off of walls and onto us, total mess. We will never rent from this company again, and I could not recommend anyone else rent from them either. Expensive and you can get better service for a lower price from their competitors.

I have a few issues that I need to discuss with them and I can't seem to even make contact. . My agent has been out for a health issue which she should be able to do and have coverage. When I call the office I'm told someone will call me. No calls back. 4 other times no one answered the phone so I left a message. Still nothing. I put in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago and the portal states it was received but no one has made a move to take care of the issues. I hate that the owner of the house is paying them to manage this rental because he's getting ripped off. The only thing they are managing is to take my rent payments! I gave them 1 star only because of the decent service I got in the beginning.

After 9 months of being in a roach, mice, critter and mold infested house our lease came to an end June 30. I had contacted Lacey multiple times through our lease. Within the first month the kitchen counter fell on me since it was not properly secured to the cabinets and wall. They sent a random handyman who took over 3 weeks to jimmy it so it would work. At move out we were informed the Owners were responsible for switching all utilities back. They set it up for Aug 1st, a month after we moved out and they expect us to pay the bill! During quarantine mandate they pushed to send to outside unprofessional guys, one for measuring and another for inspection of the property? I explained my son was high risk but they didn't care and sent them any way. They are also charging us for the mold and holding it out of our deposit money. The house was left cleaner than we received it! I would never use them again! Renters beware! With all of this, the phone number is always a full mailbox and no one picks up. She responds quickly, gets the help that's needed AND follows up. I don't think we have ever had a person as good as she is when it comes to maintenance in a house we rent. I really feel like I need to send her something to express how much her help is appreciated. The other person that is fantastic is the maintenance guy, Donnie. He is so calm, informative and just overall a nice person to deal with. His work is always done extremely well and timely! Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone just based on my experience.

The location is great because you're close to the restaurants and shopping without being right in the action. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool area from our 5th floor balcony. Though we didn't go down, it seemed like a really nice and clean area. I did see a staff member go and reset the chairs in the area and clean every morning before 8 AM when it opened. I like that when you stay here you get access to both the pool and fitness center. Our unit was pretty clean. There were a few things we didn't love but that's more about the property management company that maintained our rental than it was the actual condo itself. The only downside (though it didn't bother us) is that this is supposed to be a more secure property with a gated parking lot. The gate wasn't working and stayed wide open throughout our entire stay. It's very easy for anyone to just walk off the street and come up to your floor. There are no security measures in place, so if that's really important to you then definitely keep this in mind. Otherwise, the property was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

Its great coming to a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment and set on a balcony and enjoy the crash of the waves. The sand has been cleaned down to 16 inches and it was decided to redo it down to 24 inches so the machines are working. you can still easily walk the beech and see no tar bars. The pool and hot tub at the condo makes it difficult to want to walk to the beech. There are a few for sale in this building (my friend is pissed cuz it's significantly lower from his cost) Stays full though with rentals right around the year. He uses Southern Resorts and this is unit 620 (he allows smoking)
