An old looking stairway to the door that clearly needed to be replaced. When you walk in, the scent of old furniture matched with the style and color. The costs to stay here did not match what we were given. That evening is when everything went downhill. The thunder storm and heavy winds that came through flooded the retention pond that flooded the parking lot and the walkway between the other properties. When the wind blows heavy you can feel the building move. The property floods every time it has a heavy rain. I found out 1st hand for that to be true along with talking to a owner that lives on the property. Which was never disclosed or descripted in any of the literature that they provided. There is no 24 hour maintenance as described. The next morning we made phone calls to management. When we finally got contact they asked if we send them pictures of the flooded parking lot. I requested to be moved on that property where it wasnt flooded. They responded that they had to evacuations 1st so asked be patient with them so that they can rectify my situation. We had to walk through dirty pond water to get to our vehicle and then clean off our feet every time we needed to go somewhere. They did offer to send us to another property 30 minutes away which would have took us out of Pensacola beach. I did not accept, thats why we came to Pensacola beach in the 1st place. I did request a refund for the remaining 2 days and they offered a refund  and an inconvenience fee but couldn't disclose the amount because they had to talk to their boss. They're refunded me but not half of what I paid and no inconvenience fee was given at all. I contacted them several times afterwards and no one has responded to any of my messages. My wife's birthday was basically ruined and my Father's Day was not half bad being as though we were not walking through dirty pond water to celebrate it. The food that I purchased was basically trash. There was no accommodations at the hotel for all the food that I purchased. So my 4 day plan to stay ended in 2 days and was forced to rent a hotel room for the remaining time of our stay.  So I will not be staying at this property anymore and I will not refer anybody to stay at this property anymore. No one can control nature or what nature brings. All we can do is be fair to each other when it happens. William Hicks

No WiFi, things falling off of walls and onto us, total mess. We will never rent from this company again, and I could not recommend anyone else rent from them either. Expensive and you can get better service for a lower price from their competitors.

If Mike "manages" your property it might cost $30,000 in repairs when he returns it to you. Don't expect him to do anything that actually requires work on his part. Learn from my mistake, find somebody who will actually protect your real estate asset.

At no point before check-in did the property management agency disclose this major issue, despite clearly knowing it would significantly impact guests' stay. This felt extremely misleading. Beach access was a primary reason we chose this property, and had we known the beach was closed, we would have booked elsewhere. Instead, we spent our vacation dealing with disappointment, inconvenience, and wasted money. What made the experience worse was the agency's lack of transparency and poor communication. A closure of this magnitude should absolutely be disclosed prominently before booking -- not left for guests to discover after they arrive. The property itself may have been acceptable, but withholding critical information about the closed beach completely overshadowed the experience. I would not book through this agency again and would caution future travelers to ask detailed questions before reserving. We were never offered to be moved to any other properties . We were told a manager had left for the day and someone would call and get back to us.We found a wonderful place in Navarre Beach is where we will be going from now on. She was blazing through whatever she said quietly and at about the same speed as the side effects warning on a TV commercial for prescription meds. I asked her to slow down because my hearing isn't great and she was talking way too fast. She , literally, rolled her eyes and continued to the end of her speech at which time I had a room key and a pink square of paper with numbers on it that I had no idea was for. Not a great first impression. Fortunately this was a one off experience and the remainder of our stay was perfect. The resort is beautiful. The pool area was great. Our room was generously sized and very well appointed. (I still recommend all nice hotels stop buying those packets for the coffee maker with powdered creamer and that horrible pink stuff for sweetener. You're better than that.) The staff, no matter who or where we bumped into them, was friendly, engaging, and helpful. Housekeeping, maintenance, lobby, bars, food service. 100% awesome. The food and drinks in the lobby bar were amazing. We ate there several times because we couldn't think of a good reason to go anywhere else and fight the crowds and traffic for lesser food. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.
