It was our sons 20th birthday and he wanted to try an Escape room so my husband and I attended with our 3 young adult children and we really enjoyed The required teamwork needed to complete this escape!! Young adults who at times, don't have two words to say to one another, we're required to work together to solve clues to help us all escape. There was so much laughter, attempts at solving clues, pressure to perform and think on your feet , and a little playful bashing, but all in good fun and everyone said they had a great time. The staff, Liam and Eli, were so kind, polite, and helpful and really made our first escape room experience fun filled. We visited this location two days in a row we were that impressed! Our game master Chris was amazing! The time and love that has been put into these escape rooms is extrememly apparent! They explained the rules and gave great advice to help newbies like us! We had my son, 9 yrs old, with us so they were very attentive to all ages! Both rooms were challenging and exciting! The attention to detail made you ponder "did a Naval engineer build this?" ;). We have visited another escape room in Pensacola and our experience was night and day! Compared to other locations this place has more days and times available and their prices are very competitive. WOW! Escape LOL has INCREDIBLE rooms that are well thought out, great for groups of various sizes, and ingenious! We have done both the Prison Escape and the Pirate Peril and they were a lot of fun. We had an experienced group of four (one member was a 7-year-old, also experienced), and were able to get through Prison Escape with minimal help, but it was by no means a give-me. We had a mixed group of seven (with the 7-year-old again) for Pirates Peril and we were challenged but had a great time. We were also able to escape this room. I will be returning, despite the long drive, as new rooms open up. The owners and staff are friendly, remember faces, and obviously, love what they do. GO!!! read more

My S/O and I have done a lot of escape rooms all over the country and this was one of the best! The rooms are very well put together, there is a fun story line, the game master enjoyed what he was doing, and the owners are in it for the fun (not just to make money) and it really shows. We had a phenomenal time chatting with one of the owners and his son who made the experience incredible. The outside of the building definitely gave us a bit of a throw as it wasnt the fanciest of buildings but it hid what a gem the games inside were. We cant wait to go back for the pirate room. 10/10. read more

This is an amazing, amazing, amazing Escape Room. My best friend and I did both rooms back-to-back and loved every second of it. We escaped both within 60 minutes and felt so immersed in each scenario. The owner is the sweetest man and his son/the others who work there are just as kind. We enjoyed every second of it, laughing and joking with them before and afterwards. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've done tons of escape rooms now in about 3-4 different states and this one beats all of them hands down. read more

You guys, if you're looking for a fun activity to do, this escape room is the choice for you! From the second we walked In, to the second we left (after doing both rooms) we felt so welcomed and had such and amazing time! All 3 of the employees we interacted with were fantastic! I have quickly become an escape room junkie and I was very impressed with Escape LOL. The level of detail and creativity made the prison break room both challenging and interesting. The storyline was great and the staff clearly love what they do. The staff take pride in the experience they have created and are most interested in how much fun their guests have. We thoroughly enjoyed both rooms at Escape LOL. My husband and our 9, 10 and 11 year olds had a blast and were able to make it out of both rooms with little hints. These rooms are very well put together and LOTS of fun! The smallest details make it exciting each time! The owners are fantastic as well. They're great hosts and really make this enjoyable. My husband and I tried both of their rooms and we absolutely love it! There were a lot of things that we never saw in other escape rooms (We've done 20+ already). The jail is our favorite. It was very interactive and there was a little scene in the beginning. Definitely can't wait to see another room here so we can come back and try it out! Escape LOL was so much fun! They have amazing attention to detail and the story is so intricate. Every time we opened one door there were so many surprises! It will makes you laugh and scream, but it's not scary. Our game master was super helpful when we were stuck and was really encouraging when we were getting close. This was one of the best and most elaborate escape rooms that my husband and I have ever gone to. The gamemaster was extremely friendly and he was very thorough with explanations and clues. We did the pirate room and it was very cool and engaging. I would recommend it to anyone willing to drive out of Pensacola. Some history was added which was factual and accurate. Nice job! We have done several escape rooms in the past and have to say the props and puzzles at Escape LOL were some of the best we have seen and definitely didn't disappoint. We had a great experience at Escape LoL! We did the Prison Escape with two families with 5 kids between 9 and 14 years old and everyone had a great time. This was an awesome trip. I brought 36 kids to Escape LOL for a summer field trip. You have got to try this, it is an inexpensive time, but so much detail and thought went into this. So much fun. We made it out with just 7 seconds to spare. This was so much fun. This place is an awesome time with friends and family. The details are an phenomenal as you decipher the clues in the Haunted Mausoleum. Teamwork is especially important to "escape"! They are reasonably priced and treat you like family. Can't wait to do another escape room! read more
