*Review from stay 4/23/25 - 4/27/25*…read more We had a really nice stay at Emerald Dolphin! The location is great because you're close to the restaurants and shopping without being right in the action. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool area from our 5th floor balcony. Though we didn't go down, it seemed like a really nice and clean area. I did see a staff member go and reset the chairs in the area and clean every morning before 8 AM when it opened. I like that when you stay here you get access to both the pool and fitness center. Our unit was pretty clean. There were a few things we didn't love but that's more about the property management company that maintained our rental than it was the actual condo itself. The only downside (though it didn't bother us) is that this is supposed to be a more secure property with a gated parking lot. The gate wasn't working and stayed wide open throughout our entire stay. It's very easy for anyone to just walk off the street and come up to your floor. There are no security measures in place, so if that's really important to you then definitely keep this in mind. Otherwise, the property was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

This place is so comfortable. Rental units are the bomb…read more I Love it here friend bought a rental unit here. Its great coming to a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment and set on a balcony and enjoy the crash of the waves. The sand has been cleaned down to 16 inches and it was decided to redo it down to 24 inches so the machines are working. you can still easily walk the beech and see no tar bars. The pool and hot tub at the condo makes it difficult to want to walk to the beech. There are a few for sale in this building (my friend is pissed cuz it's significantly lower from his cost) Stays full though with rentals right around the year. He uses Southern Resorts and this is unit 620 (he allows smoking)

Rented 3BR 2BA for a week in June off of Airbnb. Very nice condo and would recommend booking…read morethrough Airbnb. The problem we had during our stay is my beach umbrella and beach chair were stolen from right outside the door to the condo. I had put the items out there so I would not get the inside of the condo sandy. I had done this for three nights prior with no problems. Monday morning they were gone. We asked the office, but they were no help. The lady in the office said you're not allowed to store items outside the unit. (No signs posted prohibiting it). So there is either a thief on the property which deems it unsafe or the maintenance/lady in the office took it when all she had to do was knock on the door and tell us it wasn't allowed. There are only 3 units on our floor so it seems odd that a thief would get on and off the elevator looking for stuff to steal. I suspect the office knows because our unit was next to the office and the office was not open on the weekend. A little kindness would have gone a long way In this situation.

I'm torn for the rating. On the one hand the view, location, and size of condos are great. My…read morefamily has been coming here for years and grandparents just bought a condo last year. The experience is usually always great. On the other hand, this year we had an issue with our condo. We had a booking for the week of 4th of July but the condo got sold and the new owners didn't want to rent it. No big deal, the association took care of it and found us another rental. The new condo was ok but needed some maintenance which they said they would take care of. The listing also said it could sleep 8. When we arrived, they had bought a new couch which didn't have a sleeper and never mentioned it. So now what slept 8 could only sleep 6 and we have a big family. The front office was not helpful and didn't do anything for the inconvenience. I understand that everything else was booked up because of the holiday but the front office was handling the reservation and did nothing for causing a problem for us. Other than that the location is great. It's just a quick walk across the street to the beach. There's also tennis courts that are very well maintained. The beach is pretty quiet except for holidays.

Both of them came in with a bright energy and moving straps ready to go. They luckily brought extra moving blankets since we didn't have enough. Great conversationalist even while they work. We had them pack the big items, so ignore our poor stacking of boxes afterwards. Nothing moving an inch from the 500+mile drive. We were also so happy they were affordable and amazed still at the bright energy. They didn't charge a travel fee that most movers charge so they are the needle in the haystack and we feel like we hit the pot of gold when we found and hired them. All the neat stacking was done by them. I didn't have a chance to capture the beautiful work they did before we unpacked a bit of the truck. Thank you so much for everything!

Classic shady landlord BS…read more The office manager, Olivia & her district manager, Rebecca are dishonest and have extremely poor character. They sent maintenance down unannounced one day saying a pipe burst, found nothing. They charged us almost $200 for 1 month of water. I called management and they told me that my water bill wasn't abnormally high. So what alerted them to a potential burst pipe if the bill wasn't abnormally high? Called the district manager and then they conveniently found a burst pipe buried outside. Still charged me. They're liars.

Im a small real estate investor who has dealt with many realtors over my time and they have set the bar really high. Just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. Since i was from California the property i was purchasing needed to be furnished and with Covid-19 going on and the shortage and delays i started to order furniture as it would take weeks for delivery so i had it all planned out for some of it to arrive as soon as i arrived. Well... Unfortunately the builder was delayed multiple times for completion Travis and Heather were kind enough to drive by the property everyday and pick up the shipments and take them to their already cramped garage. They did this for me without hesitation, and though i felt horrible to impose, they did it with a smile (and if they were cursing me on the inside, they definitely didn't show it ) The transaction that was supposed to be "super easy" as i told Travis, ended up being the most challenging yet, to the point where Travis started doing other peoples work for them. So, if you hire the Talley Group, don't say it will be "easy" they still might have PTSD from those famous last words, we still laugh about now. After a few weeks in Pensacola, I'm proud to call Travis and Heather friends. Im telling you from experience of someone that has dealt with many realtors...They don't get better than this. Wait...there is more. Let me tell you about the office staff! They supplied me with everything i needed and everything i didn't know i needed. Lists of Utility providers, inspectors, insurance companies, property managers, decorators, and i sure there was more. The best part was the response time and follow up from Kayla. Ok... i think thats about it.

I put in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago and the portal states it was received but no one has made a move to take care of the issues. I hate that the owner of the house is paying them to manage this rental because he's getting ripped off. The only thing they are managing is to take my rent payments! I gave them 1 star only because of the decent service I got in the beginning.

After 9 months of being in a roach, mice, critter and mold infested house our lease came to an end June 30. I had contacted Lacey multiple times through our lease. Within the first month the kitchen counter fell on me since it was not properly secured to the cabinets and wall. They sent a random handyman who took over 3 weeks to jimmy it so it would work. At move out we were informed the Owners were responsible for switching all utilities back. They set it up for Aug 1st, a month after we moved out and they expect us to pay the bill! During quarantine mandate they pushed to send to outside unprofessional guys, one for measuring and another for inspection of the property? I explained my son was high risk but they didn't care and sent them any way. They are also charging us for the mold and holding it out of our deposit money. The house was left cleaner than we received it! I would never use them again! Renters beware! With all of this, the phone number is always a full mailbox and no one picks up.
