One of our girls needed a cut and we only knew we wanted her cut short and wanted to keep her ears and tail a bit fluffy. Jackie nailed it!!! Next time we're going to make an appointment for our sphynx, Pelon. Jackie has a sphynx herself so she's familiar with how they (well, their ears and nails) can get between baths. We may not have yet found primary care physicians but our beasts have found their groomer! #priorities

Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included.
