It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but this shop definitely does. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for any future repairs. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Then I took my car to Yosemite Auto Body Shop and they gave me a price that others told me was impossible. They didn't even replace the doors, they somehow worked their magic and got it restored to like new! My jaw literally dropped when I saw the work that they put in. It's shown through their finished products that they are an extremely hardworking group with extremely high standards. I'm so glad that I was able to find them and to be serviced by them. They are a kind group of people that I've had the pleasure of meeting. There is no other place in LA that I would want to get car/body work done. Their prices are so reasonable, I honestly don't think you can find better service or a better price anywhere else in California! If you are looking for work for your car, check them out

From my visit today, I was pleased how friendly and honest Mr Lee was in dissuading me from…read morepurchasing a full paint job for my BMW, which has severe paint issues. The estimate he gave me was way more than the resell value of my car by several folds, so it makes sense. Even with the sentimental value of my car, the paint work would not be worth it, as Mr Lee pointed out. And going with a partial paint job, the new paint won't fully match the original. He also advised me that if I did want to repaint me car, it would be best to keep it the same color as the original factory paint to ensure the best appearance. It would also help match the color of the inside areas of the door and doorways. It was very kind and generous of Mr Lee to give me so much of his time, explaining everything I wanted to know. I honestly wouldn't be able to fit l everything I learned from him into this review. It only dawned unto me half way through my visit why Yosemite Auto Body Shop was actually named that... Mr Lee is an avid rock climber himself!! I only made the connection when I saw a hangboard right over the bathroom doorframe. Then I saw all these rock climbing photos of him and his family everywhere in the office. And you won't believe it... Mr Lee climbed with Alex Hannold over in Yosemite!! It must have been his old stomping grounds. I can imagine he's had many many great climbs. No wonder his passion for Yosemite. I'd like to also mention that his assistant, Sarah, is quite friendly herself and is pleasant to talk to. Ask her about tightrope! I can see from the looks of their work and my experience interacting with the owner and staff that they pride themselves in not only delivering the highest quality workmanship but also complete customer satisfaction. So I highly recommend you to bring your car over to Yosemite Auto Body Shop if you need a paint job or body work done! I will be recommending my friends to them too!

Hillel, Peter, and Ruben were all super knowledable and were able to provide the needed information, assurances, and decisions I needed to know. C&C Collision handled all the exchanges between my insurance, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living. Ask him where to eat while you're waiting, I got better recommendations there than from any app. Highly recommend. Ask for Alex.
