My husband has taken our car there in the past, and is very Happy w/ their repairing damage to our vehicles . Now , we had some damage under our vehicle, due to something that was left on the road. Polite, honest, and a very competitive estimate. Needed work done on my Z, sought three other estimates that were twice as much. Joey Moon, evaluated the damaged rocker arm and said that it was not necessary to replace the entire part, saving me an additional $700. The other shops immediately wanted to replace the part at significant cost to me. The bottom line; Quality work, and a very friendly environment. Family owned since 1969. Give this place a try, I guarantee that you'll be very pleased with the results. read more

I was referred to Damien and Joey at Don's Body Shop by my dog groomer after I vented about the paint on my car suddenly bubbling out of nowhere. I called the shop that same day, and Damien was incredibly helpful--he walked me through possible causes and explained my options clearly. A few days later, I dropped off my car for a partial makeover, and let me tell you... when I picked her up two days ago, I was blown away. As we pulled up, I couldn't believe how amazing she looked--my husband even had to double-check the plates to make sure it was actually our car! I can't recommend Don's Body Shop enough. The quality of their work is top-notch, and Damien and Joey are just great people to work with. Friendly, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. I was recommended Don's Body Shop a long time ago by an extended family member, and have always been satisfied with the quality, pricing and service of this business, but my most recent experience at Don's Body Shop is truly noteworthy, because it highlights the above and beyond attention to detail and quality of their work. I had a front-end bumper replaced, and it was promptly ordered, attached, painted immaculately, and car detailed to perfection, with the installation taking less than a full day! I chose Don's after a recent traffic accident. I must say that from start to finish it was a great experience. The difference between employees working at other body shops and the care from a family owned business gives peace of mind. They did an outstanding job, my car looks as good as new, and they completed the job 4 days earlier than promised. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I was referred to Dons through Statefarm for my recent accident, I got rear ended a few weeks ago on my back right side. I dropped off my car on Monday with a gentleman whose name I cannot recall but wore glasses. He was very professional in explaining their process for fixing my bumper and even went outside with us to inspect it and got under the car to check out what was going on. I felt from this interaction alone that we would be in good hands. I was initially told the car would be ready in 5 days, but the next day on Tuesday I got a voicemail saying they got the parts in and would most likely be ready for pickup on Wednesday. Sure enough, on Wednesday my car is ready for pick up. My girlfriend and I went to the shop to pick up my car and we were instantly blown away while we were walking to the front door with how the car looked. The bumper looked brand new AND they cleaned the entire car. It looked like they detailed it. The car was washed, the rims and tires were cleaned, and the inside was vacuumed. Honestly it hasn't looked this clean since I got the car in 2021. They had the feet mat on the driver side which I felt really respected by their technicians. It felt like they really cared about the vehicle of their customer and did so much more than I felt they needed to do but honestly I'm for sure coming back here in the future. It shows the dedication of their workers in how they cleaned the inside and out of the car just for a bumper repair. My girlfriend and I both could not get over how nice the car looked at pickup. We had even accidentally left my girlfriends ring and necklace in the driver side cubbies which we were nervous about having left in the car but we saw that the cubbie was vacuumed, cleaned, and the jewelry was left in their same spots. We both felt all our nerves wash away when we saw them still there and felt so grateful for the workers honesty. These people really know what they're doing and respect the customers property. I seriously cannot believe the quality of the work they put in. Thank you all so much!! read more

I had a great experience with Joey and his team at Don's -- my car looks brand new! A lady backed into my car at a stop sign and caused a fair amount of damage. Joey kept me posted on things and they did a great job -- and the quality of the repair was on point. I hope I don't have to see you guys for a while, but if I do, it's good to know you're there! read more

This is the 2nd car we bring here. My Lexus had a big scrape/dent and several small ones. They did an excellent job and left my car looking beautiful! They even detailed it. They were busy but gave us an appointment for 2 weeks. We took it on a Monday and he said it would be ready by Thursday. I really didn't think it would be but it was. I really appreciate that we were given an appointment instead of them opting to keep the car the whole time. I am 100% happy with their work and service. I will continue to support this family owned business. read more

I had great, friendly service at Dons. They reviewed the bumper damage and explained what needed to be done and where potential issues could reside once they delved into it. Joey gave me a completion estimate just over a week. For the next few days, I was given a status on a regular basis and then, I received a call and feared the worse...what other issues did they find? But no issues, they finished the repair 3 days early! New bumper looks great, and the hatch lock is working smoothly. When I went to it pick-up, I got another pleasant surprise...the car was cleaner than I've ever seen! And not just a drive through the car wash...the inside was immaculate, too. What makes this impressive is that this is my old, worn out 2012 Prius. They treat all their customers equally. Seriously great job! read more

visited Don's Body Shop today for the 1st time based on positive reviews. My husband and I were walking towards the entrance and we are ask by a guy. Can I help you? We answer yes we want an estimate! His answer was we are closed. Then he ask What insurance you have...I responded my insurance company and still he didn't help. He just responded we go based on the estimate sheet you have. you need to decide what shop you want it fix. He had no interest at all. While I was looking for another shop he returns with the other 2 people he was talking to. I told my husband I thought he was closed. Check the closing time online said 5:30pm I was there at 3:30pm. I have been coming to Don's Body Shop since I got my first car about a decade ago. Recently I needed to get my passenger side door replaced and they did such a great job that I felt compelled to finally write a review. What stood out to me the most about the repair was the thoroughness they displayed. Not only did they replace the door flawlessly, but they went the extra mile by cleaning out the entire interior of my car. It felt like I was getting back a brand-new car, both inside and out. And the fact that their prices were affordable was the cherry on top. All in all, I can confidently say that Don's Auto Body is a gem. If you're looking for top-notch service, attention to detail, and a team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, this is the place to go. Don's was recommended to me after I was involved on a rear-end collision. After a month of waiting for the insurance companies to wrangle it out I got tired of waiting around with my poor Rogue looking less than happy. I called to ask some questions & arrange a visual inspection so I had a general idea of how much damage we were looking at. When I brought the car in, Dave greeted me and gave me a quick but thorough walk through. He advised that nothing could be done until the insurance companies decided how to proceed, but he also gave me a heads-up on what to expect in the meantime. When I finally received the go ahead from my insurance company I brought the car back and we were off and running. Nissan replacement parts; painting; frame alignment; and a full car detailing later, my car was ready in just under a month. The car drives great, looks great, & I'm glad to be done with rental cars!! Thank you Don's and your entire team! read more

Though I live 18 miles away, I decided to have my car worked on here after having heard/read such great things about this place. Just got my car back, and wow! It looks brand new! My vehicle was not only meticulously cleaned/waxed, but it was impossible to tell that there was any damage to begin with. Damien was not only friendly, but was also efficient. He was very considerate of my time, scheduling a day for me to bring in my car once the necessary parts were received at his shop. The spectacular service I was given is truly something out of the norm. He and his team made dealing with my auto insurance company a hands free experience. Crossing my fingers I don't have to visit them again, but in the event that I do need auto body work, I now know exactly where I am going to go. read more

On 3/20/20, I accidentally drove my Altima over and into a parking lot stump / island which had a land mark concrete post. The damage required a near 9,000 dollar repair. On that same day, my insurance told me to check out Don's Body Shop. Immediately, Sado gave me an estimate and took my car in right away with no appointment. What did the estimate say? That I pretty much needed a whole new front passenger side make over with all the panels and body frame, at least that's how I understood it. Two weeks later, I have my car. Sado did an amazing job on getting my car put back to 100% in just two weeks. The work on my car is amazing and Sado's customer service from start to finish makes me one super happy customer. I strongly recommend this shop if you need quality work in a quick turn-around. I assure you, that Sado will take care of you. 2015 Nissan Altima SL Jeff (Hayward) read more

I've never actually had work done on my cars by this shop. That's because, each of the three times I consulted with them, they suggested that, perhaps, my issues might be resolved with less expensive options than what they provide. They may not have made any money from me, but, they sure earned gold credibility in my book. I fully trust that, should I actually contract them for any work, it would be done well and at a fair price. read more

This place has had a great reputation in the area for years. Up until recently I was lucky enough to never need their services. Then I got hit by someone running a red light. They smashed the front end of my truck. I was worried that the damage was too bad, and it just wasn't going to be the same again. Joey was reassuring and very confident that they would be able to fix it. He worked with me and my insurance to get everything taken care of. Communication throughout the whole process was great. They had my baby back to me quicker than I expected too. End result was pretty amazing. You can't even tell that anything happened. I highly recommend coming here for any body work/repairs you may need. *I almost forgot to mention that before I called Joey, my insurance gave me some #s for a few of the big body repair chains. The ones that I called, had no appointments for several weeks. This was just for an initial inspection. I'd still be without my truck if I went with one of them. read more

Awesome Job! Definitely recommend! Joey and Laura were extremely helpful! They did an excellent job with my 2016 Nissan Sentra!

Ok, you all need to know, I have a father who is a danger to the road. We've had a lot of cars and, truth be told, he has caused body damage to almost all of them. So I feel like I've had more experience than most when it comes to body shops. Ok. FIRST - they do restoration. My first car was a 1957 Ford Fairlane and my dad has a Ford Truck from the 40s. Don repainted and reinteriored both...fantastic work. SECOND - they, of course, repair damage. I've been in 3 minor collisions (only 1 was my fault btw) and their work is always excellent (otherwise, my family would stop bringing them the windfall of business we do) They are professional and always get the job done in a timely fashion. And I just love how they give the car they best wash and wax before you get it back. Pricing is VERY competitive and they are honest folks who only charge for what you need/asked for. Definately check it out next time you're in need. read more

Attention to detail and responsive to my repair. Thorough explanations on work recommended and prices were very reasonable.

Excellent and efficient customer service! I got my rear bumper damaged in a little fender bender. Had to deal with the complications of the "other guy's" insurance. Joey helped me though all of the confusion with the coverage. The insurance company made things a little complicated for me, however Joey kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new! Their work was meticulous. I appreciate the honesty and compassion I received from the whole family. It's refreshing to see such a well run family business. It's evident that they value their work and customers. I'm so glad I found Don's Body Shop! Dealing with the aftermath of a car accident regardless if it's major or minor, is a pain. My mom's car was sideswiped from bumper to bumper and we needed it repaired quickly and done well. We contacted our insurance provider, State Farm, to report the incident and they started a claim for us and asked us to select a body shop from a list of their preferred shops to take the car to. We selected Dons Body Shop due to its great reputation and reviews. Although there are closer shops to our home (and ones the look fancier), we wanted it done right at a trust worthy place. This is our first time at Dons, but the reviews indicated it's a place we should try out. When we arrived, Damien already had our claim information ready from State Farm. He got our car processed and we were out the door in only a few minutes. My mom is scared to deal with anything car related, but Damien was great. He patiently explained the repair process and even outlined what next steps State Farm would take so we knew what to expect. I then took my mom to pick up a rental at the nearby Hertz. The rental guy asked where we took the car to get repaired. We said Dons and his immediate reaction was to say, "Thats a great body shop. They're color matching is incredible." He then went on for a couple of minutes about Dons. That put more piece of mind we went to the right place. Two days short of the expedited repair date, we got a call from Damien. He said the car was ready for pick up. We took the rental directly to Dons and left it there. He said to save ourselves the trouble, Hertz would pick it up from them. The car looked amazing. Like brand new amazing. My mom was and still is thrilled. It's been about a week now and she says the repairs were done thoroughly with no rattles at all. We're both very pleased with the work and customer service. Dons may not look as fancy as some of the other shops around, but their service and workmanship truly can't be beat. Damien provided us a completely painless experience. It was our first time at Dons, but considering the drivers in the SGV, it won't be our last! read more
