I took my car in due to my tail light and bumper being ripped off. My car is also salvage on top of that and Manny went above and beyond. Before taking it in, my trunk wouldn't close all the way and water would leave through. My tail light also did not fit on the car since it was not properly fixed. In just one week, he not only put a new bumper and light but fixed the entire side of my car that was mickey moused. My car looks newer than when I originally bought it. Manny heard me loud and clear, we arranged to get the car to the shop for a proper assessment. Took my new car for body work after an accident. Manny the owner promised quality work and I trusted him . He had my car for over 1 1/2 months . When I finally received the car it was filthy inside , with dust and dried substance on the instrument panel. The new door was not aligned with the body of the car, parts were missing and he did not replace the vin # sticker , the inner door panel now rattles. He actually took the car to the dealership to attempt to use my warranty to repair the door panel. The rear wheel tread was balded from burnouts or drifting with the car , 220 miles were added and he used 3/4 a tank of gas that he couldn't replace due to my locking gas cap - I had the key . When asked about the gas he said it was used from starting the car in the mornings to let the engine run. After 2 months the body work began to crack and the paint chipped . This car was on adjustable coil overs and he went through the glove box to get the tuning keys and adjusted my suspension to the stiffest setting , and left the keys inside the shocks . He denied everything and gave ridiculously stupid excuses for everything. I reluctantly gave him a chance to redo his work - he asked for 2 weeks . And after 5 weeks he lets me know that he damaged the car while he was driving it in his shop - and needed another week to repair the damage he caused . I picked up my car to take it to another body shop - and after several attempts he does not want to give me his insurance information for the damage he caused , and attempted to have me sign me sign a release in order to take my vehicle somewhere else that would not hold him responsible for crashing my car while he was driving it . Manny is the owner/ operator and is an absolute joke to his trade , he should not be allowed to own a business. I am filling a claim through my insurance, reporting him to the BBB and Dept. of Consumer affairs . Do not bring your vehicle here the work and craftsmanship is horrible. Materials and paints are defective. A horrible nightmare to deal with this person and his business. read more

This place was paid to do work on my car and they did not do it. Instead of cutting and welding the 1/4 panel the guy Manny just used Bondo , he didn't even bother to replace the rocker panel - just used the same damaged one from the accident. Can't believe how hard I was scammed , to top it off he drove my car around for his own personal use . The car was practically new , with very low miles and after he took over 3 months with it the engine is now making a rattle sound and has a definite loss of power plus electric issues as well . Insurance investigators verified the work was not done . Car has less than 20k miles on it , it has been over a year and it is still not fixed right thanks to this place, no other body shop wants to touch it - insurance won't allow a new claim , and out of pocket cost would be almost 10k to do what Manny at traditional auto was already paid to do ! This man is a crook and a fraud , stay away from this place at all cost . Even the shit ton of Bondo he used was not aligned right with the car , and my driver door was damaged from the interior.
