This is the reply of how they handle their cookies - "So, what we do is we bake a batch of cookies, fill up the tray in the store, and put the rest in the freezer so we can pull them out fresh as needed. I'm sorry they did not meet up to your expectations! I can offer you a $15 credit to try something else, or come back later once we have cycled through our stock. Whatever you want to do with it is fine!" I decided not to return and go to The Doughbox north of town where I've never had a bad cookie let alone old snickerdoodle, peanut butter, coconut ranger, molasses, and oatmeal raisin varieties.
