To cut costs, they are now purchasing cheaper, lower-quality ingredients. Their onion rings are overly greasy, soggy, and unpleasantly greasy. The French fries are often burnt to a dark, crispy state, making them too hard and unappetizing to eat. The orange juice served is bitter and lacks the natural sweetness, indicating poor quality or improper preparation. The French salad dressing has a strange, sour taste that is unappealing. If this decline continues, I strongly believe Joanna's will close down permanently within the next year.
