I showed up at 8:30 (30 minutes before close), and after the security guard let 6 people in, he looked at me and said sorry sir we got too busy today and have to close. A rip off. I was trying to quickly get a couple pre-rolls for an "emergency" so I asked the budtender what my options were. She told me they had a special on a 6 pack for $45, I thought that was a reasonable deal and accepted the suggestion. At checkout it came out to $57 with taxes, which is salty but expected, so all good this far. Until I swiped my card and she shows me a $62.95 total. I question that number and she tells me that's "A cash back fee", so I tell her I didn't ask for cash back, and she tells me "Oh sorry, that's just how it is." So I think whatever, not gonna fight over a few bucks, payed and left. Later on I check my bank statement an there's two charges from there, the $62.95 I payed and an extra $2 fee I was never warned about and never agreed to pay (looks like they charge the "Surprise Cash back Fee" a couple times). In summary, the $45 purchase ($57 with taxes) turned into a $65 one after two surprise fees. read more

My experience was disastrous and I won't be back. 1) Ordered online and when I arrived to pick up, I was warned by the burly, surly guard that I might pay a different price. What? Why? Explanation please? 2) As soon as I complained to the tender, she doesn't want to hear it (such attitude! Like I'm lucky to shop there right?) and calls the guard to escort me out. 3) Manager rolls out and tries to explain how their site only knows one tax level although they sell at three tax levels.
