Dr. Greenthumbs is the best dispensary I have been to, and like all of you, I've visited many. They have a phenomenal selection of products and flower from the best growers. One of the things I like best is that nothing is behind a counter where you need a 'budtender' to help you. You can pull anything from the shelf to inspect, they have bud sniffers for the flower. You don't feel rushed and can take as long as you want to make your selections. They regularly stock landrace strains that can be difficult to find. Derban Poison is a given, but I've found Panama Red in the offing and Hindu Kush as well. Look at the board when you arrive. They have discounts and sales every single day. Lots of BOGOs. read more

Dr. Greenthumb has always been good for me as a customer that has spent thousands of dollars and never had an issue with Dr. Greenthumb. I went back this morning because one of the cartridges that they sold me was stiiizy live resin liquid diamonds and was completely nasty and burnt directly out the box from their store and all they could offer me is a $10 store credit. I mentioned to the lady that was helping me that I got this box brand new from them and went to smoke it and it was completely terrible and I had asked her to smoke it herself to prove my point and I guarantee she wouldn't smoke it herself because how nasty it was, but she makes it seem like it was my fault that the product that I purchased directly from them in store was bad I did not want my money back on my item. I just wanted an exchange or credit value of what I spent for the cartridge. Sorry but $10 store credit wasn't good enough for me, you may call me ungrateful or selfish, but I work very, very hard for my money and every penny that I earn is not easy and they mass produce these cartridges and I know they make room for margarine and error I work in the customer service field, and the way that she handled the situation was totally unprofessional I spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this store. They just lost a customer. I've recommended multiple people to this dispensary and I will tell them to change their mind and go elsewhere. Just watch your back with Dr. Greenthumb because when shit goes sour, they don't have your back and we'll just point the finger at you I hope this review opens up your eyes on terrible. These people are. read more

Was unable to buy my full oz because they decided to sell someone else marijuana under my name. Not impressed, very unprofessional.

This place is amazing. The staff are super helpful and educated. I'm glad my boy John refered me here. This place is a must go.

Great staff and prices, awesome weekly deals. They accept cash card and credit card which is super convenient

Great selection friendly staff. Lots of parking easy to get to location and low prices with the punch card!

Upon entering the shop today, I was sad to see that there was no good OG kush. I actually settled for some cheaper weed that looked and smelled better than the more expensive ones. Some times its just like that...But that wasnt really the issue. I was satisfied with what I got. But, I was not satisfied with my service. There was a guy named Damien, who was a total asshole!! Dude needs to work on his customer service skills. Maybe next time I can give you guys 5 stars. read more

receptionist for deliveries JORDAN was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to me. I would never let one of my employees use profanity and threatening language toward a customer. Reflects poorly on YOU as a business. "As I explained 5 times love we don't f****** have that product do you wanna ask me again?" I didn't even know what to say ! so distasteful and just shows what kind of employees you have working for you. Me nor any of the la mesa female business owners will be returning here. Overpriced anyway. Go to lit or buzz if you want to support la mesa businesses. read more

The 50% off First 3 Visits is a Scam. The 3 visits are divided into 3rds. Not Cool. I will Not be going back. March and Ash is the Best!

Poor experience. I called on Saturday 8 times between 12 and 1pm to see if they had an item in stock. Guess they were on lunch break bc they never answered or called me back. I saw the item on the menu today and was excited. Then I saw the FTP deal (40% off) they were advertising when I tried calling was taken down. So I tried calling again to see if they'd answer and honor the discount. I was told no. Bummed out!!! Happy to remove this review and shop if yall wanna make this right. Otherwise I will just continue going to march and ash! Great customer service over there. read more

Done, done, and done. Starting coming here around 2020, wasn't bad. Took credit, honored discounts, fair prices. Fast forward to a few months ago, started noticing I'm dropping over 100$ a visit getting the same. So prices went up? However go over to March and Ash and same dabs are 15$. So Dr. Greenthumb over charges. Now, I returned to use some points and I'm getting 2 RSOs and it's 80$ plus?? Then credit isn't accepted anymore and they have the audacity to suggest out debit cards? And you lost you credibility with the credit agencies??? This place is dead. Over priced and zero customer service. The employees don't care either. March and Ash is better than this now, go there. read more

So happy to have found this dispensary. I absolutely love that you get to go in and touch any and all items. They have different sections for everything. But for example you can look through all the bags before you decide what bag you want. This is a great place. Plus the prices are the cheapest I've seen anywhere in town. read more

If it's your first time coming, you mention to staff that you are a first time customer, they will NOT honor a discount. The guy at the counter said you have to be a return customer to receive a discount. WTF in all my years of smoking and going to several dispensaries, legal or not, a first time hook up was never denied. I even mentioned the 30 percent discount on weed maps. They still said no. I had never received such rude and incompetent service from the dusty musty dreadhead dude, who looks like he hardly showers and the front counter guy. It also irked me when he asked how much I want to spend instead of saying what I'm looking for. These people just wanted to hustle me from the jump. That's why they denied a discount lol I finally walked out when I was waiting and the same front counter guy asked me if I wanted to be helped. I said yes, then he said I have to wait. Seriously? I'll just go to Buzz where the dispensary isn't ran by incompetent morons. read more

This is the only place I go. The service is excellent. Everyone that works there is really cool and helpful. The first time I went in I was a bit overwhelmed, but there was always someone to answer my questions. It's like that every time I go in. They also have great deals. read more

Great variety, good prices, and great deals/rewards/loyalty discounts. The only reason I said 4 stars is because, as a black man, I feel like the security are staring down my back every second I'm in the store. That's probably why the Mexican customer stole successfully, because security was busy profiling others ‍ read more

customer service. can't say they are rude, but i can say they don't go out of their way to be helpful.

Good selection and special deals always hopping in here. Quick service . And they carry Jeeters Littles, budtender Andres was very helpful!

Alyssa was very nice and helpful. Glad she was able to help! Selections were always various!

Great selection, fair prices and good customer service! Definitely worth checking it out.

I absolutely love coming here! Everybody is very nice. I appreciate that they don't have to follow you around the store. It's a nice environment very easy to navigate. The employees are always there to help! There is so much to choose from at this location. They really do have so many options for so many different kinds of users. I've noticed that prices here are lower than the dispensaries I used to frequent. I've had nothing but good experiences here and I consider myself a regular now. Also for those complaining about the discounts, that is readily available information that appears on the billboards (albeit in small print) as well as their website. If you did your due diligence I am sure you would all be more satisfied! read more

So I was staying in here in San Diego for a week and went to Dr. Greenthumb's and being from Illinois the prices here were obviously way better and of course when I come back next year I'll be returning to you guys, thank you again for the welcoming, kind vibes when entering my first time. See you all again soon! read more
