I have an alien smok and the stock tank and coils weren't blowing enough smoke and it was real harsh so the guy there introduced me to the Prince v12 tank and coils I made the switch and wow what a difference the staff there were really friendly and knowledgeable cloud 9 has great prices too! read more

The WORST customer care in the world. The owner is rude and callous. He has made it abundantly clear that he does not want anything to do with people of color. Black, Brown or Asian seem to discuss him and he makes no secret (even though he isn't white) Please stay away from this place of business. read more

Under new ownership. Used to be Matti's and absolutely the worst experience ever. Called first to ask if they had a specific product. The nice young lady that answered asked the man there who said yes. We called because we are 50 miles from them. Went in and the young lady continued to be very nice and apologized saying she really thought they had it but turns out they did not. She was showing us several other options. None of which we were familiar with and so it was taking us a while. As well noticed something else walking in we intended to buy when the man started becoming rude when we had not selected something and then stated "come back when you want to buy something". Of course we left. On the way out he tells the girl we did not have any money any way. To be clear our Jaguar was parked in front of the store. We had plenty of money and not sure what on earth would make him think we did not. Went not even a block away to another smoke shop. They were so nice. Do not waste your time with this jerk. He does not deserve the business. Starts by lying to get us in there then does not understand we need to look. Truly in same block much better service who really want you to come back. Go there!!!!! read more

Im a 22 yr old user of marijuana. First, I've seen him selling to minors. I thought Sam/Wes (whatever the dudes name is) was cool and came here often. Then he sold me an expensive piece that broke in a week, dab pearls that exploded in the banger, and other accessories that also broke... WITHOUT ME DROPPING ANYTHING. When I called him to see if he could give me a deal on a new one he said it wasn't his problem once it left the store. His items are so cheap and his prices are insanely high. Also, he's creepy, has only a couple women employees that come and go, and he has a whole room that he seems to almost be living in. Never going back read more

I went in here for my first time the other day, because I was in search of a decent smoke shop with good quality products and decent prices. I was amazed and the great quality products they carry and the low prices. The vape juice variety really shocked me. Largest selection Ive seen in san diego. Great prices, great service, excellent hospitality all day! The owner and his staff are absolutely AMAZING. I was having a horrible day, and Wes and Chelsea completely turned it around. I'm very particular while picking glass, and they were more than accommodating when I asked to check and water test multiple pieces. I went in there for just one piece, and because of their affordable prices, I was able to get two. Yoooooo this is the coolest shop Wes is the dude!!! Always smiling and being nice to the customers. I had a bad experience at the other shop by the post office so I came here and have been for about two years. He has hooked my sister up from Colorado and my wife bought some glass gifts. If you're a few bucks short he'll help you out as much as he can I mean he's always there. He's got glass everything rigs, pipes, coils for your vapes if they burn, papers and well everything!! This place is awesome! I went to get a vape. And I was so excited at the choices they have! They literally have every color! Every size and the staff is very knowledgeable!
