He was very unhelpful, wouldn't let me change my form of payment. He says he's doesn't know how, he's just a 'worker' Doesn't that mean you 'work' there? He calls someone just as useless. I start out polite asking what they do if they need to void a sale. He said they don't. I asked what if you make a mistake ringing up a sale, he said we don't make mistakes. Really? I love getting cigars here for my boss that smokes them. I don't know anything about cigars, but the gentleman working here always help me pick stuff out. I vape and they're always patient while I decide what flavor I'd like and it seems like they've tried everyone so they genuinely tell me what they like about each one and know the flavor profile. They have a punch card too. It's also been newly renovated and is definitely the cleanest smoke shop I've ever been in. Classy too, the new portraits of famous people on the walls are especially rad.
