late for work still had to stop by and get the quick fix but shoutout to ANJA super friendly helpful , big greeting which is not normal in shops these days (stuck up) but didn't get that at all and got me out within 5 minutes knew promos and got straight to the fire with Jetty Extracts Solventless Pen read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE Been shopping there for the past few weeks and they told me leave me bag at the door after I've been coming into the store with my bag for weeks! read more

The online inventory does not match the in-store inventory. I wasted a trip. they did not have or could not find what I was looking for even though it was online. they had five on hand. I do not like the grab and go model. you cannot trust the customers. I like the dispensaries who protect the product behind the counter. The prices are much higher, and the discounts are much smaller than their neighboring dispensaries. read more

Love the store discrete parking never no long lines just check in and grab what you want it's like being a kid in the candy store but an adult one shout out to anja and poolie and others I'm just bad with names but the whole team is all great and and give good vibes even the security! read more

Its been over a year since i was wrongly accused of "cussing out " a female employee there, the security guards and staff never would have let me buy concentrate there if that happened 2 min prior. I still have not gotten a proper apology from management, its clear the females have special privileges there (i wonder why ) no wonder they have negative reviews. Its not hard to make a pot head happy, sell thek what they want with a smile, simple. Omce again the owner used to sell me weed at undeground shows for $3 a gram out of a turkey bag. Apparently customer service is dead at this place read more

Best dispensary ever and I will forever be a customer there. Every single person working there is so cool and very knowledgeable about all the products!! You cannot beat the prices they have + they always have awesome deals and discounts for every day of the week! It's so fun going on any day and seeing what the deals are. I've been coming here awhile so I know a lot of the staff and they are always recommending awesome products. Just a great establishment with awesome vibes. They recently changed the set up where instead of being helped by your own budtender, it's open shop so you can walk around and browse as you'd like without holding up a line which is so much better and less pressure! My go to is always the Cake disposable vapes, you cannot beat $20 for a 1g disposable plus with all the deals i mentioned before it's sometimes even cheaper! They do a cool first time patient deal of 40% off and I believe they have a referral program as well that if you bring someone for their first time you both get 40% off. An honorable mention to their THC infused root beer and orange cream soda (try them as a float with ice cream you will be HOOKED!!) I love you Jungle Boys! read more

The Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL and that's what stands out about this place!! The deals are amazing too but they go out of their way for Veterans and all of their customers, really but it SHOWS!!!! 10 STARS read more

Don't buy the jungle boy brand vapes here, they clog instantly. I'm hyperventilating trying to get a draw out of it. Traded it in for a different vape and same thing Andrew a couple pulls and the cart is still full. Why would you keep these bogus vapes on your shelves? Repackage the product into WORKING vapes. First time I've had a problem with jungle boys but seriously, why would you continue selling vapes you're aware don't work? Expect way better out of this brand read more

Decided to go somewhere besides Cookies out of convenience to pick up something for my wife but no parking, no customer service, no selection..spend your money at a more established spot..smh waste of time read more

5 Stars for Jungle Boys. They have a nice selection of top-shelf flower and cartridges at competitive prices. read more

Better treatment of their armed guards. Worst experience ever! Stand still in a 2X3 or smaller and don't talk or move! They are rude to customers and their guards. Plus, when they don't like anyone's attitude they still take their money and then ban them from the store. So the customer comes back and finds out they can't come in! They should tell them to take their business elsewhere. Not very professional. Regardless of that, the store is decorated fun, the lighting is always harsh white even though they could adjust the lighting to be more inviting. And stop letting the budtenders work when they are high. Not the way I would do business. It has the potential to be the best in town, if they tried harder. read more

Anya was very nice and super helpful! Fantastic service as always and it keeps me coming back!

Yo I wanna start off by saying what's wrong w the new girl attitude? You get to sit down jn a weedshop what is you mad about? You can't ask her anything without her having an attitude or just stating you down. I was gonna say "sit her down & have a talk w her" but she's been sitting since she started Also I wanna mention I'm a regular since y'all opened and your prices went up you got her tellin me it's cheaper prices NO THE HELL IT AINT. Every time I come you got new people working dat CANT be good. Taken my business right down the street to Buzz cannabis where they're doin their business right! Get rid of her every time I come in she's coming out the bathroom SHEEEESH! read more

Jungle Boys never disappoints. Top-quality product, always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The vibe is clean, professional, and welcoming every time. Easily one of the best spots around -- highly recommend! read more

Checked out Jungle Boys in LA Mesa for the 1st time. (Recommended by a friend & fellow elite.)But not my 1st visit. The 1st time I arrived security advised the had just closed 5min prior at 845p & redirected me to Wellness in Lemon Grove but same deals weren't at Wellness. I came back days later earlier. I thought I was ordering ahead for curbside service only to call from the parking lot & unfortunately, be told if you're paying cash you have to go inside. The site said if cash pay exact cash. Which I was prepared to do. As I entered, I was created by Christian & he was very kind & upbeat. You can tell he likes working there. He took my name & grabbed my bag of items I ordered. And as he started scanning his 3rd item he said oh unfortunately he can't sell me more than an ounce (Cali law mess) without a medical card. It seemed I was running into 1 issue after another. And I could purchase them in two separate transactions. So I chose Pacific stone & a cart. Left the other 4 items. Time to renew my medical card. Christian explained with the medical card there's no purchase limit. He looked for referral cards they had to refer customers to get medical cards but they had none. However, I did appreciate his customer service. It made me want to revisit when I was feeling inconvenienced & thinking its too mych hassle. Alot of what I was told in person, should be addressed online to save customers time & less hassle. I will say that the type of service you get from any business can make or break a business! Much Gratitude Christian! For being you & professional. Very pleased with what I purchased. And this establishment has some great deals check them out on weedmaps.com as well for up to date deals. read more

Talk about a smooth transaction! I ordered online, got on THE 805 S to the 8east.. blah blah blah. Let's just say by the time I got there, my order was right out front ready for pick up. Staff was real cool too and welcoming. Right now they are having a good deal 25%(basically the taxes) off everything! read more

Oh Jungle Boys, congratulations, you've become my favorite dispensary in SD. Here are a few reasons why... - 40% off your first visit, better stock up! - Additional deals if you continue to show up consecutive months after your first visit. - Deals are always running, just follow them to see what they have for the month. - Gotta love the clearance shelf. I don't know if it's always there but it has been on each of our visits. - Jungle Boys accepts CREDIT CARDS. This is huge for a guy like me as I hate carrying cash or doing cash transactions... anywhere. Those are some pretty good reasons, don't ya think? read more

Apparently they close at 8:30pm when it's says 9pm on the website they did not allow us to enter when clearly we were on time Don't count on this dispo to help you during its last hr...dissapointed read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced by a Manager her name is Kass, and front desk worker Maddy was very rude as well. Besides being rude, slow and incompetent they have no respect for paying customers. Will never give my money to this place again and will be telling everyone NOT to shop there. The WORST!!!!!!! And again the manager KASS was so unprofessional!!!!!! read more

Wow! My friend just got back from the Halloween Trick or Treat event. He was first in line. Said the crowd was great, he got inside and was treated with respect. Place is clean and decorated nicely. The bud tender who served him was professional and gave him a pillowcase full of goodies. He was astonished by the amount of items; six cartridges, flower, candy, lanyard and with some fun buttons and stickers plus the Jungle Boys pillowcase. Imagine that! read more

Do not come here! Pollie over charged me by $50. I called to see about getting my money back. The person who answered the phone said they would get their boss. After six minutes on hold I drove over here to address this issue in person. I made it here before they closed but they had already locked doors. I could hear voices. I spent over $100 here. Lesson learned I'll be sticking to San Diego dispensaries from now on. The customer service is better. read more
