I tried to contact their head office regarding this but they didn't return my phone call, nor my email. So are they in on it? I don't know. I've been coming here for the last year, buying a couple ounces each month or so. Last night was the first time I got it delivered from this place and I was shocked. They came two and a half hours late, then when they did arrive they crossed out with a Sharpie pen my price from the receipt and marked it up about $50. They said I had to pay that in cash to the driver and when I called the store, the shift manager James said to just give it to the driver. I did not purchase, and instead walked in the house feeling like I walked away from a scam, I was frightened and very uncomfortable with this unexpected turn of events. I'm trying to make an order for delivery but it says I'm unable to get my delivery for 3days and I can't find out any information after calling because when I called they had no information and were unsure why or if or when I d get my delivery. I can't walk very well because of the back surgery I'm preparing for this to have this coming week but can't get my meds.
