Great gluten free baked goods! More things available than shown on menu like cinnamon rolls, orange rolls and sweet potato donuts.

I loved how the restaurant itself felt bright and refreshing and did not have an overwhelming amount of decor. It was very relaxed yet elegant at the same time. Our server let us know the owner, who is also the chef, goes out to buy products at the market and chooses the best quality for items to be prepared. This does contribute to prices being a little higher than expected for what the dishes are- but that's to be expected with the uniqueness and tasty ingredients!! I'd say the burgers are going to be your best bet for the amount of food you get for the price you pay. Our food came out at the perfect temperature and the margaritas we got were amazing! We went on taco Thursday and got two steak tacos for $20 and the margaritas were $10 each! I'd say my one critique would be that I wish there were an option to add à la carte items as an extra taco would've been much more filling! Unfortunately, the tacos are pre portioned and an extra taco could not be charged. You can expect to spend about $30 per person (without appetizers). I'd definitely recommend trying this place out just for the for quality ingredients!

I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Cyncere during my visit to Hawaiian…read moreBros. Instead of simply directing customers to the self-service kiosks, Cyncere invited me to place my order with her personally, making the experience feel much more welcoming and engaging. She also took the time to introduce me to the rewards program and explained its benefits in a friendly, professional manner. She even suggested adding an almond cookie to my order without ever making me feel pressured. Rather than simply calling out my order number when it was ready, Cyncere personally brought my food directly to my table. It was a small gesture, but one that made a real difference in the overall experience. From my perspective, Cyncere is intentionally focused on customer engagement rather than simply processing transactions. She looks for opportunities to make every interaction a positive one, and that kind of initiative is something customers notice and appreciate. I also wanted to recognize what I believe is genuine management potential. Throughout my visit, Cyncere consistently demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a natural instinct for hospitality. Those qualities are difficult to teach and are invaluable in a leader. I would encourage upper management (and even other customers) to simply observe her interactions during future visits and see if they come away with the same impression I did. Based on what I experienced, I believe she has the customer focus, leadership instincts, and commitment to service that could make her an excellent candidate for increased responsibility in the future. Thank you, Cyncere, for making what could have been an ordinary meal into an exceptionally positive experience.

The most recent order took 25 minutes from ordering two classic plates at the kiosk to the time we were handed the food. You might say "just go through the drive thru" but it isn't any quicker. And there is no escape from the drive thru lane. Once you're there it holds you hostage. Maybe it's "made fresh" but for the time you have to wait, there are a lot better Hawaiian options in the area.

I'm really loving Italiannis lately... We've ordered dinner from here a few times and it's just so…read moregood! They pack it up really well, too, it travels very well and comes hot! Recently I had their gluten free penne arrabiata and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh basil, tomatoes, mushrooms, plenty of parmesan, spicy pink sauce. It's just the right amount of heat and herbs and savory deliciousness. Jon ordered the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and it's so much food, he and my daughter ate it for two days. Tastes even better the next day, I swear! We've never had a pasta here we didn't love Italiannis also has fantastic salads. Maybe not what you're looking for initially when you're going for Italian food, but you know you need something cold and crunchy with all your hot and heavy carbs! Aside from the classic and always delicious house and caesar, they have a great chopped salad, a spinach salad with hard boiled eggs and bacon, a strawberry and goat cheese salad with mandarin oranges, a great Greek salad, and a fantastic wedge salad (my favorite). Their grilled steak salad is fantastic too, although you could add grilled steak (or chicken, shrimp, or salmon) to any of the salads and it'd be fabulous.

Italiannis has been in this location as long as I can remember, a touch dated on the inside decor,…read morebut still serving up some delicious Italian dishes. Crooner music softly coming through the speakers set the tone for a relaxing vibe during the meal. The service was good, but for a party of 6 the table selection could have been better. It felt cramped, and table space was lacking for the food we ordered, and emptied plates sat too long before being picked up. Diana had the Prosciutto Brie and Arugula Flatbread, and I had the Salmon Piccata. Hers was so-so, and mine was delicious and filling. The lemon white wine sauce, mmm, good. We finished it off with Tiramisu, Creme Brulee, and Key Lime Pie, a good finish for sure. Possibly could have enjoyed our time more with more space to work with.
