It was the perfect size and pretty light, so I still had plenty of room for dinner later. There's additional seating on the second story, and very cute and aesthetic. My mom tried the seasonal corn latte and she really enjoyed it. Might sound a bit strange, but the corn flavor is pretty subtle but the latte was very creamy. It had fruit, ice cream, wrapped in mochi. It was the most well-rounded. I would skip on the mochi with peanuts, egg tart mochi, and Thai tea with tiger pearl (giant grass jelly balls). Many on the items are similar, with slight variations and it's hard to tell the different between them. The dessert with lemon and chia seeds was ok. I liked that it was on the lighter side, but the lemon flavor was too strong for me. The options with ice cream in them were the best. They make each item to order, so it can be a little slow but it's understandable. Order on the kiosk and wait to be called to pick up your order. You can order some of the items from the noodle side and I believe you can go sit inside that area as well. Tables only seem to be put out in the hallway during peak times, after the other businesses are closed. Parking is difficult. We were able to get lucky with free parking about a block away. There is a pay parking lot next to it, but it's a little expensive imo and it's very small/tight.

I really liked the north 49 honeyberry flavor because of the slight tartness of the ice cream. I also don't like my ice cream too overbearingly sweet so north 49 honeyberry flavor was a good choice for me. The matcha lemon cookie was a solid optional too for a seasonal flavor. I'm a sucker for matcha flavor and the lemon cookie complemented the matcha well. The lemon cookie also added nice contrasts in texture too. The ambiance is nice too, I like the open space and greenery. I feel like the thorough menu description beforehand was a good touch so I felt very confident in what I wanted when ordering since the descriptions for flavors were so detailed. I am not a fan of your typical Co-op, Safeway, or Superstore cakes because I find them extremely sweet. Recently, my friend bought me a huge durian cake from them, and it was honestly to die for. More recently, I realized they offer soft served dipped in chocolate which I think is also Valrhona's but I've not confirmed and OMG its SO GOOD. The chocolate, when it hardens, is *chef's kiss*, and the vanilla soft serve, you cannot go wrong. The workers are always friendly and quick.

The drink was only replaced after I clearly explained my allergies to the staff member who was serving me. I was even charged an additional fee for making the drink iced that day. What I found hard to understand was that the same staff member asked me to leave a Google review at the time -- which is why I am writing this review today. This is a menu item I order regularly, which made the situation even more confusing. Overall, the repeated seating choices and lack of attentiveness made me feel uncomfortable and singled out as a customer. I hope the staff can be more considerate and consistent in their service going forward.
