Great service. While the other flavors were good, I preferred their regular chocolate chip. Just perfect. read more

Finally decided to stop at this local spot on my way to the grocery store. So glad I did! This is the best place to get cookies in town, and I've tried both Crumbl Cookie and Cookie Plug (both just average). Cookie corner blows them out of the water, and I have no need for another cookie store in town. Thanks for doing things right!! First off, when you walk in the store the staff are very inviting and friendly. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work. And they have their cookies of the week on display so you can see them, which is great for me since I'm naturally curious. I just tried their chocolate chip, and it was so good! Perfectly chewy, and the chocolate chips are delicious. And their cookies are gigantic, so that's a blessing and a curse. I would come back here again and try another flavor! Perfect treat to bring if you're heading to a party. read more

Amazing cookies hands down the best I have had! Definitely a must try if you are in the area great service and beautiful location.

Well I was a huge fan of Crumbl, I stumbled upon this place after I lived out to Riverside. Their chocolate chip cookie is way better than Crumbl, but our favorite cookie is the Gluten free monster cookie. It's delicious!!!! Absolutely delicious with a fantastic texture. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I still feel that $5 a cookie is pricey. I know inflation, but nevertheless these are a treat, o could never order large quantities.. they would just be too expensive. Update.... I've bought a 4 pack the past 2 weeks... both times, the cookies were not good. Stale and dry. Total bummer because they have been consistently subpar. read more

In my experience, I found the cookies to be thickened batter with sugar. We purchased these for a team visit and had to cut meeting short.

First time coming here and these cookies are amazing.Flavors are spot on and to be honest its like I am eating legitimate cake flavors but in cookies. Also, these things are huge but that is prob why the price is high on a cookie. Location is kinda of out of walking distance of other places but itll be popin soon once the Packing House Distric comes up. Oh yeah, I also had a flavor soda. Pretty good, but reminds me of something I can get at gas station, but I wouldnt go to a gas station for this so they got me. read more

Our first time going in & the cookies were delicious! We got a twisted soda and it was so good, tasted like a root beer float! The owner was very nice & helpful helping us order and decide! Can't wait to go back :) read more

I have been coming to this place since they opened. I like the idea of the place. I like that they change their cookie flavors every week. A way to get to try different cookies without feeling overwhelmed. I think they only have a few cookie flavors per week. The staff is friendly. Masks are not always worn when I have come in. It seems like it is family owned and I am a sucker for family owned businesses. The thing that is not consistent are the cookies. Sometimes they are thin, other times thick and not baked all the way through. I wish there was a bit more consistency with the cookies. Hopefully this is something that just gets worked out because I would love to see this place grow. They have an animal cracker cookie this week which was a big bit hit with the kids. They also have at least a few non chocolate options as well Update for mask wearing based on Elise's (owner) response: I should correct my statement, masks are worn but unfortunately not in their intended way. There have been a few younger employees (behind the counter/dealing with customers) who had the mask on but just covering their mouths. read more

I went in a few weeks ago and bought 4 cookies. While my husband was driving I started sampling all the cookies and I found a hair in one of them! I kinda ignored it and then I found another! We went back immediately and showed them that I had hairs in my cookies. The worker acknowledged the hair, apologized and replaced all my cookies. I was a bit disappointed that there was a manager or owner there and he didn't even acknowledge me. He was just sitting there talking to other employees fiddling with his iPad. I did want to note that no one was wearing hairnets and some weren't even wearing hats. Probably that's how the hair ended up in my cookie. Not coming back. read more

Their cookies are amazing. We kept coming back. Service is amazing and the ambiance is pleasant...

This place was super cute! I really liked the Twix cookie. They have a list of flavors they customize sodas with; you select your choice of soda and then they add the flavor into it. I tried their pineapple with coconut cream in a sprite soda, and it was so good! It was such a perfect combination. Customer service was great and the shop was adorable. I'd go back. read more

Back with an update. Still the most AMAZING cookies!!! We come to California to visit for 3 weeks every summer and we come all 3 weeks for new flavors. This week was: German Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Brookie, and Sea Salt Caramel (not pictured). AMAZING. I also have to say everything here is quality. I put the box on top of my car to grab something out of the car and it slipped off. The box ripped on the corner but still stayed together and the cookies didn't fall out. From the cookies, to the boxes, to the customer service and employees, it's all quality. Forever loving Cookie Co, give it a try! read more

Cookie Co. - German Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Brookie x2 - Bakeries Near Me - Redlands, California

Great new small local small business in Redlands! I have bought cookies from them multiple times and have been always met with friendly greetings from the owners and staff. Their cookies are flavorful and fresh. Yes, they are a little pricey as multiple Yelpers have pointed out. Stating a product is expensive is a personal opinion but I feel that for the high quality ingredients they put in the cookies it's worth the cost. The owners are great, collecting donations for displaced residents from the recent local fires. They were also not judging me when I told him that their muddy buddy cookie was my lunch for the day LOL! Cookie Corner is doing the best that they can during this pandemic, keeping the business COVID safe so all guests feel safe. I want them to know they are a great addition to this community. I will state my negative opinion on Yelp if I'm not happy as a customer as you can see from my previous reviews but Cookie Corner deserves my 5 star review. read more

I've come to this location twice now. Both times it has been completely dead here. The cookies are really good, pricey but good. My only complaint is the store has a weird unique smell and it's not a cookie smell which is what you should expect walking into cookie store. read more

All I can say is wow! Cookie Corner is the BEST place to get cookies in the IE. Their cookies are consistently amazing and we are always happy when we go! I've tried cookies from other shops and nothing compares to cookie corner. Another reason to love cookie corner is their twisted sodas! They are delicious and refreshing. One other thing I want to say about Cookie Corner is that during the pandemic they always make sure to make their customers feel safe. Every time we've gone into their shop, all employees have their masks on and covering their noses. They limit the amount of customers in the shop and limit the space of the customers inside. I really appreciate the measures they go to to keep us safe! All in all 5 out of 5, we will be going there for years! read more

Cookie Co. - Frosted sugar cookies and cookie butter cookies! - Bakeries Near Me - Redlands, California

Buckle up folks. This cookie is my favorite cookie (the one with lime green/whiteish frosting) and I always order it without the whipped cream dollop or the almonds. I've heard complaints from people saying the cookies here have changed, but I didn't quite understand till today. The dark green cookies are supposed to be the same as the whiteish ones, but there are some notable differences: The topping is supposed to be a thin glaze and is also not supposed to be this ugly toothpaste color. The cookies are supposed to be way bigger, but they've gotten much smaller...to the point that they dont touch each other and move around in the box. For the price these cookies are, there should be perfect consistency. I'm disappointed but not surprised. read more

This was my first time at Cookie Co. We I arrived I immediately did not feel welcome or comfortable. I ordered the 4 pack, the chocolate chip cookie was completely raw inside. I don't have a problem paying $4 for a cookie if it's good and cooked properly, but not for a raw one. Sadly, I can't recommend and I won't be returning. read more

Purchased a sugar cookie and paid cash for it. The worker who rang me up was very friendly and answered the questions I had about certain cookies. I haven't been back to cookie co since last year so here is an updated review on me trying them this past Thursday 3/17/22. I ordered 2 cookies the chocolate chip and the mint one. Tried this place for the first time ever today since I was nearby that area. I ordered a raspberry cheesecake cookie. The other choices didn't seem very appealing. It was disappointing since there was no raspberry or cheesecake in the actual cookie. There was cream cheese on the top and a raspberry filling. Also, they packaged my cookie inside a bag, I was asking for a box. For $4/cookie they could have at least given me a box so that my cookie didn't get ruined! My friend told me this place is similar to Crumbl, but Crumbl has better flavors and uses boxes to package their cookies and the pricing is almost identical. Crumbl is more reliable and they always seem to have multiple cookies I like each week. read more

First timer, as I follow them on IG. I think their social media is strong and sells well. Upon arriving, the outside is so cute, I was excited! Inside, I was excitedly greeted by a young lady and I told her I had never been there so she happily helped and explained the process. I ordered the 4 cookies on display. I was so excited to try the new apple crumb one. Unfortunately, I was not really AWED or WOWED with any of them. I definitely think their social media sells their business. Furthermore, I believe she was the owner or someone involved in the business that took my payment... ( I over heard she was running a marathon recently?) Anyway, she was not really talkative or seem to have any desire to spark conversation after hearing I was new to the store. Just felt really dry, she just told me my total and then when she took my payment she seemed to be the only one in the store to lack some customer service and that was a little bit of a disappointment for me. Who knows maybe a bad day? It was a great for a first time, but definitely wont return. read more

1st timers at this location and the cookies were just ok. We ordered two chocolate chip cookies and two scotcharoo flavored cookie lol My Bestie is a baker and wasn't impressed, she said there was something different about it. Idk I am not a baker, but the snickaroo was tasty. The location isn't very inviting it's very drab on the outside and in all honesty how do you get customers in? We came by only because we were going to watch a movie at my favorite movie spot, The Galaxy Theatre. I don't know if we will be back, but the young lady who helped us was sweet and helpful. read more

Best cookies ever! Everyone needs to get these weekly! So good! Soft! So much chocolate chips! I can't say enough. They are crave worthy !

Cookies are too raw in the middle. Flavor is bland. Overpriced. Crumbl is so much better.

I cannot believe I am having to post yet another update. This has been the worst experience with a Redlands business I have ever encountered. After posting my original review, the owner responded publicly on Yelp, telling me she understood and she did not think I was being unkind to her and inviting me to stop and speak to her next time I come in. Then that same day I saw her social media posts where she expressed her true feelings about me and called out my "mean" review on her social media. Now, she has taken to messaging me privately on Yelp. After two days of quiet, I thought she was done and this was over. And then I received the following unprompted messages from her tonight. Read them and you will see in the private messages she clearly states the exact opposite of almost everything she posted in her PUBLIC response to me, showing that it was all for show to save face. I did not write a review to have an online war and even said my biggest fear was that this owner would lash out at me, because I've witnessed it happen to others. I didn't even address the errors or misconceptions she spoke of and just asked her to leave me alone. As you can see, she ignored that and continued to message me, while actually claiming she WASN'T messaging me??? I don't even know what to do with this person who is literally denying the reality of what she is doing WHILE she is doing it. I, once again, replied and told her to stop contacting me! I then blocked her on Yelp. There's no way I can in good conscience not make others aware of what this owner's behavior is. Harassment, even without using curse words is still harassment. This has been a terrible and unsettling experience. This business has made me extremely uncomfortable. I have screen shots of this convo, but did not know if posting pics of that was allowed, so I just copy and pasted the interaction, I didn't even correct her or my own typos. I realize it I might have come across as harsh, but this woman had already made lengthy posts about me online and was now private messaging me at 11:30pm at night. I was and am shaken and needed her to hear that I would not stand for this any longer. This is exactly as it was written: 5/22/2021, 11:23 PM Elise T. You attacked me and said I was dramatic and negative. I responded. That's your opinion. I don't think it's negative to respond to negative reviews or to defend my self. I'm sorry if we see that differently. But I don't understand why as a business owner, I should be required to be targeted by you or anyone else, be called dramatic, negative, etc. and die that to be acceptable. And when I respond or defend myself you are shocked and sick about it. Respectfully, have a great day. I'm doing by best at running a business, raising my children and living my life. 5/22/2021, 11:44 PM My reply: Stay away from me. Stay out of my messages. Stop twisting my words. Stop harassing me for leaving a review. Leave me alone!! Elise T. I've never been in your messages and I don't even know you. Like you don't know me and yet you attack my character in your first review and now your updated review. I don't attack or argue with anyone. I converse and explain my self. If you feel that's dramatic then I can't change that. I simply shared my feelings about a review that was in my opinion a low blow. And you responded by attacking me again. I never said anything mean to you or about you. Just how I felt. I don't know why you felt the need to make a one star review about me and then attack me again. My reply: Lady, you need to leave me alone now! You are clearly unstable. I have asked you to stay away from me and stop messaging me. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN. read more
