Well I was a huge fan of Crumbl, I stumbled upon this place after I lived out to Riverside. Their chocolate chip cookie is way better than Crumbl, but our favorite cookie is the Gluten free monster cookie. It's delicious!!!! Absolutely delicious with a fantastic texture. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I still feel that $5 a cookie is pricey. I know inflation, but nevertheless these are a treat, o could never order large quantities.. they would just be too expensive. Update.... Finally decided to stop at this local spot on my way to the grocery store. So glad I did! This is the best place to get cookies in town, and I've tried both Crumbl Cookie and Cookie Plug (both just average). Cookie corner blows them out of the water, and I have no need for another cookie store in town. Thanks for doing things right!! First off, when you walk in the store the staff are very inviting and friendly. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work. And they have their cookies of the week on display so you can see them, which is great for me since I'm naturally curious. I just tried their chocolate chip, and it was so good! Perfectly chewy, and the chocolate chips are delicious. And their cookies are gigantic, so that's a blessing and a curse. I would come back here again and try another flavor! I have been coming to this place since they opened. I like the idea of the place. I like that they change their cookie flavors every week. A way to get to try different cookies without feeling overwhelmed. I think they only have a few cookie flavors per week. The staff is friendly. Masks are not always worn when I have come in. It seems like it is family owned and I am a sucker for family owned businesses. The thing that is not consistent are the cookies. Sometimes they are thin, other times thick and not baked all the way through. I wish there was a bit more consistency with the cookies. Hopefully this is something that just gets worked out because I would love to see this place grow. They have an animal cracker cookie this week which was a big bit hit with the kids. They also have at least a few non chocolate options as well Update for mask wearing based on Elise's (owner) response: I should correct my statement, masks are worn but unfortunately not in their intended way. I went in a few weeks ago and bought 4 cookies. While my husband was driving I started sampling all the cookies and I found a hair in one of them! I kinda ignored it and then I found another! We went back immediately and showed them that I had hairs in my cookies. The worker acknowledged the hair, apologized and replaced all my cookies. I was a bit disappointed that there was a manager or owner there and he didn't even acknowledge me. He was just sitting there talking to other employees fiddling with his iPad. I did want to note that no one was wearing hairnets and some weren't even wearing hats. Probably that's how the hair ended up in my cookie. Not coming back. read more

Back with an update. Still the most AMAZING cookies!!! We come to California to visit for 3 weeks every summer and we come all 3 weeks for new flavors. This week was: German Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Brookie, and Sea Salt Caramel (not pictured). AMAZING. I also have to say everything here is quality. I put the box on top of my car to grab something out of the car and it slipped off. The box ripped on the corner but still stayed together and the cookies didn't fall out. Great new small local small business in Redlands! I have bought cookies from them multiple times and have been always met with friendly greetings from the owners and staff. Their cookies are flavorful and fresh. Yes, they are a little pricey as multiple Yelpers have pointed out. Stating a product is expensive is a personal opinion but I feel that for the high quality ingredients they put in the cookies it's worth the cost. The owners are great, collecting donations for displaced residents from the recent local fires. They were also not judging me when I told him that their muddy buddy cookie was my lunch for the day LOL! Cookie Corner is doing the best that they can during this pandemic, keeping the business COVID safe so all guests feel safe. I want them to know they are a great addition to this community. All I can say is wow! Cookie Corner is the BEST place to get cookies in the IE. Their cookies are consistently amazing and we are always happy when we go! I've tried cookies from other shops and nothing compares to cookie corner. Another reason to love cookie corner is their twisted sodas! They are delicious and refreshing. One other thing I want to say about Cookie Corner is that during the pandemic they always make sure to make their customers feel safe. Every time we've gone into their shop, all employees have their masks on and covering their noses. They limit the amount of customers in the shop and limit the space of the customers inside. Buckle up folks. This cookie is my favorite cookie (the one with lime green/whiteish frosting) and I always order it without the whipped cream dollop or the almonds. I've heard complaints from people saying the cookies here have changed, but I didn't quite understand till today. The dark green cookies are supposed to be the same as the whiteish ones, but there are some notable differences: The topping is supposed to be a thin glaze and is also not supposed to be this ugly toothpaste color. The cookies are supposed to be way bigger, but they've gotten much smaller...to the point that they dont touch each other and move around in the box. Tried this place for the first time ever today since I was nearby that area. I ordered a raspberry cheesecake cookie. The other choices didn't seem very appealing. It was disappointing since there was no raspberry or cheesecake in the actual cookie. There was cream cheese on the top and a raspberry filling. Also, they packaged my cookie inside a bag, I was asking for a box. For $4/cookie they could have at least given me a box so that my cookie didn't get ruined! My friend told me this place is similar to Crumbl, but Crumbl has better flavors and uses boxes to package their cookies and the pricing is almost identical. I cannot believe I am having to post yet another update. This has been the worst experience with a Redlands business I have ever encountered. After posting my original review, the owner responded publicly on Yelp, telling me she understood and she did not think I was being unkind to her and inviting me to stop and speak to her next time I come in. Then that same day I saw her social media posts where she expressed her true feelings about me and called out my "mean" review on her social media. Now, she has taken to messaging me privately on Yelp. After two days of quiet, I thought she was done and this was over. And then I received the following unprompted messages from her tonight. Read them and you will see in the private messages she clearly states the exact opposite of almost everything she posted in her PUBLIC response to me, showing that it was all for show to save face. I did not write a review to have an online war and even said my biggest fear was that this owner would lash out at me, because I've witnessed it happen to others. I didn't even address the errors or misconceptions she spoke of and just asked her to leave me alone. As you can see, she ignored that and continued to message me, while actually claiming she WASN'T messaging me??? I don't even know what to do with this person who is literally denying the reality of what she is doing WHILE she is doing it. I, once again, replied and told her to stop contacting me! I then blocked her on Yelp. There's no way I can in good conscience not make others aware of what this owner's behavior is. Harassment, even without using curse words is still harassment. This has been a terrible and unsettling experience. This business has made me extremely uncomfortable. I have screen shots of this convo, but did not know if posting pics of that was allowed, so I just copy and pasted the interaction, I didn't even correct her or my own typos. I realize it I might have come across as harsh, but this woman had already made lengthy posts about me online and was now private messaging me at 11:30pm at night. I'm not sure if I bought a bad batch but all 4 of the cookies I purchased were undercooked in the middle. There were so many good reviews about these cookies and I can't understand what the hype is over undercooked cookies. I even tried to bake these cookies in the oven longer. Looking through the reviews and after talking to some friends it sounds like I'm not the only one who found them to be raw in the middle.
