This place is an experience. As soon as you open the door the smell of super sweet cookies hits your nose. My daughter was so excited & thrilled by that alone. First time trying this place out. We were recommended here. If you chocolate chip cookies that are super soft & gooey this is the place. I must admit the price was a little pricey for my liking but the taste was great. The cookies are huge. They're like 3 cookies into one. I can't wait to try my chocolate chip cookie warmed up with a glass of milk. The chocolate chips melt in your mouth. I wish they sold smaller cookies by the dozen for a cheaper price. But over all it was a fun treat. My husband had the oatmeal raisin cookie and he said it was delicious (I'm not a fan of this cookie flavor). The staff was nice and the store was clean. 05.08.2021 Passed by here because hubby saw reviews about the cookies and wanted to give it a try. Itty bitty parking lot but some street parking on the main street and side/residential road. We grabbed a mixed dozen to bring to a family Mother's Day picnic the next day. Of course the kids loved them. The adults had mixed opinions about the taste. They were good but not great. Not sure if it's because there isn't a really good place to get cookies in that specific area. Best tasting of all of them was the Raspberry Cheesecake. This is an update to my original review. A good friend dropped off 2 cookies - a welcomed treat! The colorful cookie is Cookie Co's Raspberry Cheesecake. It's built upon a soft graham cracker base, topped with white frosting with Raspberry drizzle. This cookie is guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth or quell any need for a sugar rush. We found the graham cracker cookie base to be the main flavor. The darker cookie with chocolate dipped pretzel on top is their Take 5. This is essentially a soft peanut butter cookie with caramel bit and chocolate bits and topped with Carmel drizzle. We nuked this for a few seconds and ate it with a fork. Very sweet goodness (we are PB fans) and the pretzel, when cut up, added a nice crunch to the chew. read more

This review is based solely on the cookies themselves. I haven't been to the new store yet because we live in OC, but I did purchase multiple boxes of cookies during the "old school" cookie corner pickup days lol. The best cookies ever! Most of my family members live in Redlands and we are big "foodies", and once the word came out about these mysterious "cookie corner" boxes we had to try! I've had almost all the flavors and they are always 100% tasty. My favorite is the classic sugar because I'm basic. However the chocolate chip and snickerdoodles were the top on our list. I went in and purchased two cookies today with my son. I asked if they offered a military discount. The girl told me no. Which is fine. After we paid, I asked if I can get a receipt. The girl at the counter was very rude and said no. I said why not. She said because we don't give receipts. I told her well how do I know what you charged me for. She said I don't know we don't give receipts. We always go to the Yucaipa location and never have any problems. They offer a military discount. Which we appreciate. Even the smallest discount is appreciated. I like to support businesses that support military, military veterans, and first responders. Of all the flavors I've tried, orange blossom and chocolate chip is the best. The texture of the cookies are pretty good. I like that the middle is soft and the edges are crispy. Any of the other flavors are plain. I couldn't really taste the Oreo or biscoff in those cookies. Please please please, wear masks correctly. There were some staff touching their masks with gloves on. Other employees have masks under their nose. Since they don't have dividers, they do have close contact with customers so proper mask wearing is really needed. read more

Oh Mylanta! My friend brought over some cookies to make my little feel better and all I can say is wow! I thought the Cookie Plug was the end all be all of cookies, but this place has blown them out of the water! She brought us oreo, snickerdoodle, and chocolate chip. The classic chocolate chip was my favorite. The littles shared one of the oreo ones and of course I had to snag a bite of that one...you know to make sure it wasnt poisons and all! Haha! It did not disappoint either! I am not a fan of snickerdoodles normally, but I could see myself eating more than a quality control bite in the future! First things first, the cookies here are amazing. This place is relatively new, in a stand-alone building off Stuart. I kind of wish the lot had more parking but there's plenty of street parking. The customer service here was friendly. I had been disappointed they ran out of Biscoff cookies, but she let me know right away when they came out of the oven and asked if I wanted to wait for those to be ready after decorating, and obviously I said yes. Which brings me to one of the major pluses, it's pretty apparent that they're always baking their cookies fresh throughout the day and it definitely comes through with their quality. The cookies are delicious and soft. Perhaps some flavors can border on the overly sweet side, but they're all enjoyable. They have different flavors each week, 4 to choose from, although they always have chocolate chip. Honestly, that can be a bit of a bummer. The selection isn't very wide on a given day, and if you have a favorite it'll likely rotate out. Having a few more options to choose from daily and having some more option that are regular every week may be cool, but at the same time the cookies I've tried have been great and I would prefer quality over variety. The thing I've been really debating on when writing this review though is affordability. These cookies are pretty pricey, not gonna lie. I was thinking hard if they're worth the price. The cookies are delicious and are actually pretty large, you could probably be satisfied splitting a cookie with someone. But I couldn't help but think, "Wow, I can't believe I spent that much on 8 cookies." I gotta say, if you're looking to treat yourself and/or a loved one then I would definitely say these cookies are a great option for anyone with a sweet tooth. First time trying yesterday. we had gone a few months back on a Sunday and realized upon arrival that they were closed on Sundays -- our mistake! Upon arrival, I let the cashier know that it was our first time and she took her time to gave us a breakdown on how things work and what they offer. Appreciated that! They do four different flavored cookies each week which I thought was unique. Only con I could find with that would be the fact that we'd have to wait until they bring a fav flavor back around! We bought the 4 for $15 cookie box. 2 circus animal cookies, one orange glaze, and one choc. chip. They were all super delicious! I also got a "twisted soda" you choose your soda base and they add different syrup flavors for a delicious flavor. So yummy. I was in the area for a wedding menu tasting and being a huge cookie fan I was excited to find this place on Yelp when I searched for dessert. This was my first time being in Downtown Redlands. I'm always down to try different cookie shops! The shop felt very empty and the staff was not very friendly unfortunately. I mentioned it was my first visit and they didn't seem to care. Not talkative at all. The overall energy was uncomfortable. I picked their classic chocolate chip and an apple caramel type cookie. The Apple cookie did not have any cookie consistency. It was like a muffin top, extremely bread like. The chocolate chip had a very off flavor and consistency. Sadly the cookies went to waste and didn't get eaten after the first couple bites. I love the way the facility looks inside and out! I was excited to try the cookies, as I have been following them for some time on IG and really like what the owner is all about in the community and her business. The POSITIVE - upon walking in, I was greeted by all 3 employees working... that was wonderful! The inside is cute and bright! They had 4 options to choose from, I chose the Chocolate Chip. It was quite pricey at $3.75 each. However, I will say that I did weigh it upon returning home and it was approx. 6 ounces.... so it is quite a large cookie. I am sad to say that I did not like the cookie. It did not have a good flavor to me, and it was not cooked in the middle (I do NOT like cookie dough). I do not know if that is how they normally sell it with it not cooked in the middle, buy its definitely not for me. Parking can be a challenge, as they are only 2 spaces to park. And as a small business supporter this lady has no class in how she speaks to people on social media platforms. The cookies they have gone down hill! Center of the cookies are raw not just soft. I was gifted a box of four cookies. They looked beautiful and I was so excited to not only try them, but share them with my family. I quartered them and tried the first piece of what tasted like a raw Snickerdoodle. The middle was completely raw. You can see in the attached pics it is glistening and wet. Gross! Then, I shared my critique and my sis, who in disbelief, tried the tan and brown cookie and had the same raw experience. Such a disappointment! We then looked at the middles of all the cookies and they are all this way! I fail to understand why someone would intentionally sell cookies this way?! The arrogance of this owner is MIND BLOWING. I originally supported her "local" business when she started out of her garage. I loved the business that she brought to Redlands. Once she opened her store front, I noticed like many other reviews that the cookies were not the same. They weren't fully cooked in my last few visits. I know the owner will say that people have "preferences" but I disagree. Baking cookies fully should be a non negotiable. All of this I was willing to overlook and still give support to a "small business". With the arrival of Crumbl coming to community. I looked into their business to see what they offered and I was shocked to see that Cookie Corner has essentially stolen their business model and a good amount of their cookie recipes (see pics below). When this has been brought to the owners attention she chalks it up to other bakeries having similar cookies but these cookies look identical. Well I was a huge fan of Crumbl, I stumbled upon this place after I lived out to Riverside. Their chocolate chip cookie is way better than Crumbl, but our favorite cookie is the Gluten free monster cookie. It's delicious!!!! Absolutely delicious with a fantastic texture. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I still feel that $5 a cookie is pricey. I know inflation, but nevertheless these are a treat, o could never order large quantities.. they would just be too expensive. Update.... I have been a handful of times now. Service has always been great. In fact, I ordered a twisted soda and when they were out of one of the ingredients, they offered me a free soda. As for the cookies, wow. I have had quite a spread of cookies from funfetti to cookies and cream to their basic chocolate chip. My absolute favorite so far has been circus animal cookie! I'm typically not a chocolate chip cookie fan but after some persuading from my best friend, I can say I am a huge fan! Their cookies are huge, great value. They are always fresh and have yet to be disappointed. They also offer twisted sodas (the highway 38 is my favorite) which is a great addition to the cookies! The only thing I would say to be aware of, parking can be a headache. The BEST cookies in the IE! I frequent this little cookie store and they make it hard not to when they have a new lineup of cookies every week. Some of my favorites include the caramel apple, orange blossom, and the new banana creme pie.. among others. They make their cookies fresh all day long and you can see the employees hustling to make sure the shelves stay stocked with their delicious cookies!
