Minecraft cookies came out today ! Let's see how they taste and how well the service was. And what it looks like inside the store.

Wonderful customer service, which I truly appreciate; it's a fallen art these days. We were greeted the moment we walked it, every cookies flavor available was explained. We picked the 6 mini, all fresh, sweet , melt in your mouth delectable! Clean, fairly large store. Smelled great! We will be back! read more

Nice clean but run out of cookies so sad I will have to come back tomorrow. Also be nice if they answered the phone.

My boyfriend and I ordered three of the cinnamon rolls to save because they're our favorite and they were all raw. Went back to the store and the employee said we can get three more since there was a new batch made. The next three were raw again. We then just went back and asked for a refund. Very disappointed in this location. read more

Went in for the chocolate cupcake cookie specifically and when I opened my box after arriving home they put a regular chocolate chip cookie in its place. Very disappointed and that was really sneaky. Bad customer service to not communicate with me and pull a fast one. The box was taped shut after ordering. It's not like I could check to make sure. I assumed they still had it in store. Nothing was mentioned to me about not having it nor did the employee say anything about the switch. I won't be back here... The one cookie I was excited for wasn't even in the box... read more

If I could review with NO stars I would. My issue is not with the cookies but with the rudeness of the manager the incorrect order and the attitude I encountered. I placed an order through Grub Hub for a 4-pack of cookies that totaled 28.19. Not cheap. The order was a gift delivered to Loma Linda University Medical Center and delivered on time. But. There were only three cookies in the order. Halloween Sprinkles, Chocolate Chip Chunk and Pumpkin Cheesecake. No Candy Corn cookie. This is the equivalent of spending 9.00'and some change for each cookie which are already overpriced baked goods. I contacted the store today and the manager asked what time I placed the order. His response to my answer was rude and snide telling me in no uncertain terms he created the order and he does not make mistakes. He said there was no way he would short an order. I asked him if there was a way to make this right and he said no because he didn't make a mistake. His arrogance alone has helped make the decision to never patronize this location again. His rudeness and outright lack of customer service sparked the decision to contact the corporate office. I have made at least five GH orders over the past summer. And never had a problem. No more. read more

I love Crumbl! Always have at least 1 cookie that I'm interested in on their menu. My favorite is Oatmeal Raisin. Service is always quick and this location is always clean. read more

My cookies came out fast and so did my drink.I really liked the cookies. They staff was friendly

Crumble has good cookies this location is fast and friendly. Some of my favorites are birthday cake and berry cookie

Super disappointed in the service at this location! I did a pre order through the app and it never told me anyone was working on order or when it was ready to be picked up ( didn't let me use the I'm here ) so I understand that wasn't the employees fault however when I got there they had recieved my order they just weren't paying attention they were all talking in the back I was there for about 5 min alone in the register. Another lady had also ordered and was also waiting on her order. I'm not sure if they were in a rush to get us out but I told the lady if the cookies were warmed because I saw them rushing to get our cookies in the boxes and she told me they were. When I left the establishment the cookies were not warm but hard. If it was any other situation or any other day I would have returned the cookies and asked for a refund but because my family is visiting from a different country the children requested to try Crumbl before they left so I was in a rush to take it to them. It's sad that was their first impression of crumbl cookies and I'm upset I had to pay for cookies I know weren't worth what I payed. read more

my online orders are never ready. these should be prioritized as they are placed ahead like the app says. i went yesterday and there was a young guy/girl working. both were very un-attending and ignored me. i was standing at the pickup station for about 10 min no questions asked just stares from both employees. they were in their own world. please get some better employees who are going to attend customers and have pick up orders ready and prioritized. read more

Always very friendly and fast . Always has a good selection and love to try new flavors

So I walked into this location a little after 9am, and was not greeted at all. Only greeting I received was employees complaining about life in general. Even the food delivery driver there picking up an order was shocked with being ignored and his questions being met with rudeness by an employee named Lily. Another lady working there was complaining about coming in early. Mind you, this location had just opened at 9am. Wow. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my order. Will definitely find another location that will appreciate my business. read more

So yummy!! Love the chocolate chip cookie it's my favorite I love anything chocolate.

Sooo, I am very late to the Crumbl party, but I have recently been ordering from this spot, and wow are the cookies good. So fresh! And I love the variety and that I can order mini's too. They are, terribly, terribly addicting, but all things considered, it's not the worst problem to have lol read more

Very clean store employers are very nice and attentive, and the cookies are awesome i'm returning today to try the new brownies but every cookie I tried so far are super delicious. No complaints here. read more

Delicious EVERYTIME ! I came in on a quick run. I ordered at their kiosk and got the cookies within 5 minutes of ordering it. Mind you, there were people making like to order with the lady up front but I figured the kiosk was faster and sure enough, it was. It's super convenient - highly recommend using it. The lady up front seemed super nice and possibly overworked. She seemed to be the only one there holding up the store and she did a great job! Great vibes all around. I give this place 10/10! read more

Food: what can I say, it's the best luxury cookies available out there, flavors change every week and I can always find something that I fall in love with, although the regular chocolate chip cookie can't be beat. Each cookie is big chewy soft and oh so deliciously sweet. They're also nicely packaged in cute pink boxes, I've gotten these as bday desserts, housewarming gifts, just pick-me-ups for friends working in the hospital. Price: ah man wish it were cheaper but I understand it takes a lot of man power and quality ingredients to make each cookie fine, it's about 20$ for 4 pack, which is $5 per cookie Ambiance: it's a cute pastel pink small cookie shop, no seating inside, but there's plenty of nice metal tables and chairs outside as part of the strip mall, even has a fountain for that touch of luxury I suppose. You can order with cashier or use app in advance or use kiosk ipads on the wall. Service: nice friendly people who are always happy and smiling, I'd be like that too if I worked here making these amazing cookies Parking: located in a strip mall within a bigger mall complex, there's soooo much parking, no trouble finding a spot at all read more

For an $8+ cookie, it should *look* better than this. I can understand they have to keep up with demand so they were a bit rushed, but you should avoid the popular cookies for that reason. PS I pre-ordered this and still had to wait 10 minutes. read more

Garbage cookies, garbage customer service don't go here . Cookie plug is better or cookie co.

Service not great. Website not available to order and pick up. Cookies are expensive and they seemed uncooked. Not many chocolate chips in them. Most tastes like an unsugared cookie. Just like plain dough. Was also offered Wei if order of the Dubai brownie. Not my order. Not happy at all with the service. Probably won't go to that Crumbl anymore. Too expensive for that many mistakes. read more

I went in on a Saturday night and they were busy as can be. There were three ladies inside giving it 10000% to ensure orders were being pushed out. They deserve five stars. I'm taking a star away because of the door man, Taylor. He literally stood at the door to try and direct traffic. Instead, he was flirting with the girls, and not even helping his crew out. When he was called in to help fold boxes, he pouted until he got his way, and was allowed back outside. I wish I got the three ladies names because I appreciate the hell out of them for working so hard. read more

The only thing consistent about this particular store, is the astoundingly terrible service. The amount of times my order has been wrong, I've walked in and been ignored, was lied to about wait times ect- is insurmountable. I have messaged corporate and this particular store and never hear back, from either. We patronize this location WEEKLY! And without fail there is an issue with our order. The cookies here are generally okay (when you actually received the correct cookies) and no, they do not open the box and show you.... It's the incompetent employees at this location that leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I love cookie crumbl this location is the best. They always have the cookie section in stock

Crumbl for me is hit and miss. Majority of the reason is because the people making the cookies are either really good at it and the cookies look and taste as they should or they are thrown together with absolutely no F*'s to give. Redlands crumbl has been more miss than Hit lately because of their lack of care. I've gotten cookies with barely anything on it. Frosting done half way, toppings with crumble (Reese's bits or strawberry bits stuff like that) are pretty much completely missing and that's a lot of times what gives the cookie that extra "muah" when eating it. What really did it for me was the waffle cookie. They put the syrup all over the cookie (it's supposed to come in a little packet to add yourself) and the syrup transferred to all the other cookies In my box. We like to split our cookies in half and not eat it all at once. Yeah. Can't do that when they pour they syrup everywhere. Not to mention there was no frosting on there. Crumbl cookies are great, but at this point I recommend a different location if you want a better quality cook. Especially for the price you pay! I know my dedication to this place for the last 4 years is no more. read more

Crumbl - Redlands - Waffle cookie got syrup everywhere and where's the frosting? That tiny dollop really?! Do better Redlands - Bakeries Near Me - Redlands, California

Great customer service , very clean store, all cookie options were available, knowledgeable about ingredients!

first time trying Crumbl cookies and the employees we're friendly and the store look clean.

very good and so many different flavors to try some people don't like then very much but if you really like sugar cookies you'll like them

So I love Crumble, But the reason why I'm leaving 3 stars is because I either have a great experience when I go, or the worst. When I go and have a good time, it's because the employees listen to me, accept my small requests for things like can I just get a birthday sticker for the birthday cookie box, or can you leave the frosting off this cookie please. And they accept. But when I go and have the worst times, which is majority of the time I go, They give me the wrong cookies (I always check now because 80% of the time they give me the wrong cookies when when I order in store), they tell me no stickers for anyone today, they can't leave the frosting off, they don't accept my crumble points right now because the "system is down", they sold out of all the cookies and only have 1 or 2 left, when it's only noon, they can't give me 2 dozen cookies carry out because it's "too many." I need to order catering and I need to order catering a week or two in advance. It's almost always something... which is disappointing because when I do go and I have a "good time" I race about Crumble. As far as staff goes, only a few of them are nice, then the ambiance and cleanliness is almost always good. So yah, it's always a hit and miss for me, with majority of the time it's a miss. read more
