Based on my dietary restrictions there isn't much that I can eat at Cook Out but what do you do when you're in Augusta after 10pm on a friday night and you haven't eaten dinner??? You go to one of the 3 Cook Outs that's open until 4:30 am. This location looks fairly new and they have two drive through lanes which helps with the wait time on a busy night, they also have a walk up window where you can place a to go order. I ordered a milk shake and fries. I have to say there milkshakes are pretty good and they have a huge flavor selection; i ordered a strawberry cheesecake. My large frie looked more like a small or medium so that was a little disappointing. The cajun seasoning was a nice addition so if you like flavor don't forget to request it. This restaurant gets points for their milkshake flavors and the ability to split orders.

how yall missing the part of the cow that matters? all these cheese! Ordered a cheese burger quesadilla and got a whole cheesy roll! get it togethe cookout. I'll be back.

Ordered an unsweet tea, but got a sweet tea instead - also, the lid was dirty with an unknown red substance! Gross!

Not my favorite location to go to in Augusta. Quality of food and service could be much better. I typically get chicken quesadillas and the other locations in the area get it right - at this location however, the cheese is never melted enough and the bottled water is never cold. Recently, my girlfriend went there to order an unsweet tea and was given a sweet tea - but even more upsetting, the lid was dirty! Not sure of the substance on the underside of the lid, and its a little unsettling that employees wouldn't discard used items, even if the case was that they filled the cup up with the wrong drink.

I'm a fan of new businesses and this one is a fairly new business to the Augusta area. It recently opened about 2 weeks ago and business has been booming!!! I pass by here often and they are normally swamped with drive-thru and walk up customers. I have eaten here about 3 times in the last week or so and I see why they are always busy. The food is pretty darn good and the prices are some that you can't beat for a good hamburger.I like the Out West style hamburger. It has bacon, pickles, onions, barbecue sauce, and cheese on it. Their burgers taste like they came from off of a grill. I guess that's where they get their name from. Their fries are really good to me. They have the right amount of crispiness on the outside and the right amount of softness in the inside. I also like their milkshake menu as well. They call them their Fancy milkshakes. They have at least 40 selections to choose from. My favorite right now is the Peach Cobbler milkshake. It has peaches and peach cobbler crust in it. It is so delicious, and it's a really thick consistency so be aware that you can't quite suck it through a straw right off hand. You may want to let it sit for a bit and melt before you can devour it. They have hotdogs, corndogs, chicken sandwiches, wraps, and many other items. I plan on trying more of the items on the menu to see if they are as good as the items I have tried already. I am already a fan of theirs and I love that they don't close until 4:10am each night. This will be my new spot to alleviate my late night cravings.

Having the cheese burger combo and food is fresh and tastes great

A new place in town with a grilled theme.Prices stsrt from .99 cents and up. The chedder burger i had was great, hot fresh and they give you a bun that is not too thick or thin but some kind butter flavor to it.The slaw dog was great and the milk shakes remind of Sonic's with so many flavors to choose. Will be back often and the service is not bad fast and friendly people the trick is to get in and out read the 1st menu then drive up to the order board which they have a double drive thru and a walk up window .I went to both and the walk up you can take your time on your 1st visit until you know your favorites.Check them out when in town.

Good food for a good price. Seriously people park at BK next door to order from Cook Out because their parking lot is jam packed.

Farmhaus Burger in downtown Augusta delivered one of those quietly satisfying Saturday night…read moreexperiences where the neighborhood feels packed to the edges but the restaurant itself gives you room to breathe. Parking was its usual Broad Street challenge, yet once inside there was plenty of space and an easygoing rhythm to the dining room. The only real hiccup was the slightly counterintuitive flow of things, since you order first and then find a seat, and I wasn't the only one who walked in and paused awkwardly until someone pointed out the process. I've said for a while that you should stick to what a place is named for, because ordering chicken wings at a pizza shop or a barbecue joint has burned me more than once, but tonight I ignored that rule and it turned out to be the right call. Mrs. K took down my side of fries with enthusiasm while I focused on the wings, meaty and generously sauced, the kind you finish without a second thought and then sit back with a local beer feeling like you made exactly the right choice. Every single one was worth it, no regrets at all, a small delight tucked inside a busy Augusta evening. I did see two of those massively stacked burgers get delivered to another table and while I was a little jealous, I know that having it without the bun wouldn't have honored it the way it should be. Maybe when I'm not on keto. [Review 228 of 2026 - 928 in Georgia - 25417 overall]

It's a simple gas station and convenience store on the outside, selling sodas and beers and apparently, quite a few lottery tickets. There is a kitchen area with posted menus of fried foods and hot dogs. And here I am ordering two bacon fried hot dogs with onions, mustard and chili. Oh, Mylanta. They're not very large but two was plenty. Prepared to order and brought to me at the table, I enjoyed them quite a lot. Delicious and full of flavor, I am expecting some heartburn later. Friendly service in this out of the way spot. But you need to put it "in" your way and get some Dawgs. [Review 19355 overall - 929 in South Carolina - 325 of 2023.]

Overall, I'm glad we went while we were visiting Greenwood, SC. Not sure I'll be back that way again but if I am, I'll stop again. Definitely recommend for any hot dog lovers!!
