I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!

I have a Honda S 2000 AP2 model convertible sports car, which is now considered a collectible, so when I damaged my rear bumper, tail-light and left-corner rear panel, I was very concerned about getting the right shop to do the repair work. After getting several quotes, my daughter recommended Escondido Body Refinishing because she was so pleased with her results when they did the repairs on her car. So, I went there and got a bid which was very reasonable and decided to have them do the repairs on my car. The other repair shops said they could not match the paint because it was an 18-year-old car and it had the chicane silver metallic paint which is hard to match. Well, they did an incredible job and matched the paint absolutely perfectly. I could not believe how wonderful my roadster now looks - I was overwhelmed. My car looks brand-new all over again. I highly recommend them for any body repairs you might need on your car or RV; I give them five stars for the quality of their customer service, the quality of work, the exceptional fit and finish, and their excellence in matching the paint (which is extraordinarily well done). You cannot go wrong with these folks.

All the employees that I've interacted with were very professional, friendly, and prompt. I appreciated that I was kept in the loop with timely updates via phone. They moved my Enterprise booking to the Auto Parkway location and secured me a ride to Enterprise. Not only that but coordinating with the at-fault's insurance every step of the way. They were even able to secure a hard-to-find wheel that I had. My car looked like new with the spectacular repair and the detailing of the interior and exterior of my car. I had some packing tape residue on my front passenger window that I COULD NOT REMOVE even though I used goo gone and rubbing alcohol. That residue was nowhere to be seen.
