Jonathan's Towing was extremely prompt and helpful when we had a flat tire. They had us on our way…read morequickly. We attended an all-day meeting and found one of the tires on the rental car had gone flat. Huge bummer, because we needed to get from San Marcos to the SD airport to catch a flight. Rental car roadside assistance would have taken too long, so we called AAA. AAA assigned Jonathan's Towing, and I am so glad they did. Once AAA let us know it had assigned Jonathan's Towing, it only took Harry about 20 minutes to rescue us, even though it was the start of rush hour. Harry put us at ease, quickly assessed the situation, and got everything fixed so we were able to get to the airport safely and catch our flight.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! Yo. This company SUUUUUCKSSSSS! THEY ARE…read moreTRASH. AND DISGUSTING EXCUSES FOR PEOPLE. Let me explain: My mom, who is over 65 years old had her car break down on her while in San Diego (barely making it off a freeway to a gas station). She lives in LA. AAA uses this company so they turned her over to them and at around 6pm she was told it was going to be a couple hours wait because it was such a far trip. Okay fine. Then, when she called them at 8:30 because no one had contacted her, she was told 11pm. So she called them back asking what on earth was happening and whatever guy she talked to go all snippy and defensive saying "he told her it would be a couple hours" (mhm. HOURS AGO). THEN when someone finally came out, he made HER drive her car up the ramp onto the truck!!! And scale the side down by herself! AND when he asked her how far she needed to go and she told him 120 miles (which, by the way she has been VERY up front about this entire time) he acted surprised and MAGICALLY ALL OF A SUDDEN HIS TRUCK WASNT WORKING ANYMORE!!! Excuse me, WHAT?! He dumped her car off and left. He said someone else should be coming along "soon". ABSOLUTE TRASH. TRASH COMPANY. TRASH HUMANS. PUTRID GARBAGE.
