We came across this service that had stellar reviews & decided to reach out based on the reviews, all five stars, and we are so glad we did! Tim Mencel, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We had to move the appointment around which could have been frustrating, however, he was a very fast communicator and very flexible during the scheduling process. He showed up right on time, got to work right away & had our issue fixed within two hours. Our RV air-conditioning unit needed a few parts which he had, and we are up and running again, with the air blowing super cold!! He sent pictures throughout the process and described the issues which helped us understand the problem and what he was doing to get fix it! It was really great that he had the parts on his truck! He noticed a couple of small things that would make our unit work better, and fixed those without charging us (BONUS) he also took the time to educate us about our A/C unit, and how to run it the most effectively, as well as provided an education for a few other things on our RV not related to the AC. Five star service absolutely! I already said this, but I'll say it again... we highly recommend EWT Mobile RV Service to anyone who has AC problems with their RV. EWT Mobile RV 760-218-9293 He also works on many other RV items (pic of business card included) not just AC units. If we have any other issues that we can't fix ourselves, he's gonna be the first call we make. Thank you Tim! We really appreciate your honesty, integrity, and great customer service!!!

We had what we thought was a serious electrical issue that could be disastrous. I needed someone right away. Tim literally canceled other less urgent appointments and was at my RV in about two hours. He knew what we had done wrong and advised us for the future. He earned my business and any future referrals. Thanks again Tim !!

I have a Honda S 2000 AP2 model convertible sports car, which is now considered a collectible, so when I damaged my rear bumper, tail-light and left-corner rear panel, I was very concerned about getting the right shop to do the repair work. After getting several quotes, my daughter recommended Escondido Body Refinishing because she was so pleased with her results when they did the repairs on her car. So, I went there and got a bid which was very reasonable and decided to have them do the repairs on my car. The other repair shops said they could not match the paint because it was an 18-year-old car and it had the chicane silver metallic paint which is hard to match. Well, they did an incredible job and matched the paint absolutely perfectly. I could not believe how wonderful my roadster now looks - I was overwhelmed. My car looks brand-new all over again. I highly recommend them for any body repairs you might need on your car or RV; I give them five stars for the quality of their customer service, the quality of work, the exceptional fit and finish, and their excellence in matching the paint (which is extraordinarily well done). You cannot go wrong with these folks.

These guys are professional scammers. Let these guys do electrical work at your own risk. Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.
