So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

They admitted the defect existed but refused to cover the real costs, leaving my family to absorb the financial burden. This is unacceptable. Quality control is poor, and their corporate and customer service teams failed to provide any meaningful resolution. I cannot recommend Floor & Decor to anyone who expects reliable products or professional support. Ironic that you have to use the court system to get your money back.

There usually is a small crowd but I found that there was always availability when I arrived at the start time. For my regular purchases I tend to order online in advance and pick it up at the front of the store. Main reason for that is that there is always a cash back incentive when done this way. Pick up from the counter or from a locker has been easy and straightforward.

Then I tried to pay for the other items I added onto the order separately and the woman forgot to use the other gift card that I told her on the order so she then had to wait for a manager to come over and refund that order to rep Rohit correctly. Then, on my way out while all of this was happening, someone else came over and almost accidentally took my original order for a different customer, total chaos, phones, ringing, nonstop, manager was living in the clouds with not a clue with anything. Not only does customer service take months to respond, but when they finally do, no one provides legitimate answers or meaningful resolutions. Instead, you'll be constantly strung along. The company appears to care more about protecting its profits than standing behind its products. Don't be misled by the advertised one-year warranty--they did not honor. I purchased what I believed was a beautiful teakwood table after being told it was highly durable and that the only maintenance required would be occasional teak oil. In less than a year, the entire table had begun to rot. When I contacted the company, it took over three months to receive a response. They eventually sent a third-party repair technician out twice. The technician told me the table was defective and that the company should take it back. Despite that, the owner claimed the technician never recommended a replacement and even stated that he had personally spoken with me. That never happened--I have never spoken with the owner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Peter Andrews. I found the company to be unresponsive, unwilling to stand behind its warranty, and more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping its customers. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. My family and friends have bought several items from Peter Andrews over the years, but after this experience, I would strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere. There are many companies that offer better customer service, better support, and stand behind the products they sell. Buyer beware.
