So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

They admitted the defect existed but refused to cover the real costs, leaving my family to absorb the financial burden. This is unacceptable. Quality control is poor, and their corporate and customer service teams failed to provide any meaningful resolution. I cannot recommend Floor & Decor to anyone who expects reliable products or professional support. Ironic that you have to use the court system to get your money back.

For my regular purchases I tend to order online in advance and pick it up at the front of the store. Main reason for that is that there is always a cash back incentive when done this way. Then I tried to pay for the other items I added onto the order separately and the woman forgot to use the other gift card that I told her on the order so she then had to wait for a manager to come over and refund that order to rep Rohit correctly. Then, on my way out while all of this was happening, someone else came over and almost accidentally took my original order for a different customer, total chaos, phones, ringing, nonstop, manager was living in the clouds with not a clue with anything.
