In a pinch for time, we were looking for a local currency exchange to purchase Columbian pesos within 3 days of our trip. First called the location on Alessandro and spoke with Cecila. Extremely helpful, she advised me they do deal with the COP however with delivery schedules, couldn't guarantee receipt in our requested time frame. She offered to call their University location to see if they may be able to receive it sooner. She placed me on a brief hold and advised me they were able to help. I called over to University, spoke with Maribelle. She assisted me with ordering and had it available for me to pick up the next day.
