First time checking out Club Contact last weekend. This place was such a scene to be hanging at and people watching. I enjoyed the eclectic mix of people there. It's not the burner/rave/PLUR culture that I love but definitely not douchy like some Scottsdale clubs. Something in between, artsy and funky- It's a unique and cool place. There's an outdoor patio out front with a bar area, apparently there's a downstairs area that I didn't see, not sure if it was open for that night, and then there's a main bar and dance floor area with some seating & tables around the outside of the room. The decor is dubbed as futuristic, I'm not sure it's really that specifically, but it's cool with the big mirrored spheres on the ceiling and walls inside and large LED screen behind the DJ booth. It was a really fun show, we went for DJs Love Language and I also liked Supertaste who came on afterwards. I had a blast dancing to their sets. I will just take off a star due to my experience of some of the other party people there were a bit rude, and that affects the overall vibe. The drinks were fine, nothing special, not outrageously expensive. I have no idea if they have food, we went to dance. I do love that there's a parking garage behind the club and there was plenty of street parking when we arrived at like 1030pm. It's a solid spot to dance. I still have my favorite places in the valley, but I'm sure I'll be back here sometimes too.

DJ's are normally great, club etiquette is crawling with jealousy but the atmosphere is normally tame and the music keeps the vibe chill. Great for a good dancing night, definitely check their instagram! Karaoke with Sueño here is a no go! Super unorganized and unprofessional, keeps a paper list and complains about having to cue certain music THEN LOSES the paper list. He kept rambling on and on about his favorite singer and definitely didn't know how to shuffle his own list or be a genuine host. Overall great club but the music doesn't always match what the insta advertises.

always a great time here. love the DJs, love the events they host, and the layout is super fun! went opening night, and many more nights after. dancing here is always a blast, and the drinks are gracie's prices so you can't beat that! the parking garage in the back is the perfect touch for your DDs and the flags that they installed in the main dance floor are super fun. love that they support and uplift the community, work with cool people and organizations and most of all, just host a great vibe. i would say my only qualm would be that sometimes the bar line is kind of long, but otherwise always a 10/10 experience here!!

Many people either don't know about 9 Lounge or are confused about it, so I thought I'd put in my 2…read morecents to put it on the Yelp map. This is primarily a dance club. I think it's open only on weekends. I really haven't spent more than a few seconds inside because dance clubs aren't my thing. (anyone who's seen me dance, trust me, is thankful for that). But it does get fairly packed. It's run by the coolest sports bar in town, Majerles, to which it is directly connected by a single door near the back. So, if I'm not mistaken, there are actually 6 different bars/lounges right on this corner of Washington and 2nd Street downtown. EDIT: From the photo I'm looking at above, it doesn't exactly look like a dance club. Maybe I was too inebriated whenever I visited this place to understand what the hell was going on. If anyone else stops by feel free to correct me.

Apparently the confusion continues…read more I'm not sure what PT was smoking when he was at 9 Lounge but when I was there it was definitely a sports bar and not a night club! That's not to say that it doesn't turn into one at some point (I have seen sports bars turn part of their establishment into clubs- Tequila Rain on Lansdowne comes to mind) but the Suns were in town and it was just the back room of Majerle's. If the front bar is packed I would suggest sticking your head around the corner to see if its busy in the back room, there may be more room for you to stand. I say may because they have set up a bunch of tables that are quite close to the bar so you may be lingering over someone while they eat. Its really actually better to watch the game in the front room of Majerles, IMO.

It was the perfect place to kick off our gay bar bar-hop since it was much more low-key compared to the other spots. The music was so good, the bartender was nice, and the dancer was AMAZINGGGG. We were pretty much the only people there but she was giving us a full show. There was a DJ + a large space to dance, as well as a decent sized outdoor patio. I think it probably gets a little busier as the night goes on, but we still had a lot of fun!

I can only speak to it as a bar & music venue, not sure if they have food items. It's a great, small intimate space to see an artist you know well or discover something new. Last time we were there was to see one of our favorites, Black Pistol Fire, this past spring. We love that band and have seen them perform many times, we were happy they played at crescent. They have such great energy during shows and the lead singer always gets into the crowd, last time he went over to the back bar and played guitar on it. Was pretty awesome! This recent time we went to see rapper Intuition from LA. He was opening for Wax & Dj Hoppa. They were new to me, but it was a great hip hop show. Generally the sound is good in the venue and they have a bar up front with some seating. Behind the curtain where the stage is, there's a bar back too. There are also bleachers but I usually don't sit on them, but they are there if needed. Cocktails are like regular bar prices, and good thing, they are quality drinks. I had the whiskey sour and old fashioned. Both were very good with quality spirits. At $16, they should be good and not some afterthought cocktail. They also have beers on tap for like $8. I'll definitely be back for another show at some point. Until then, cheers!

Check-in security process was smooth, drinks were good we ordered the margaritas in the refillable cups but never got refills because I'm not the person that leaves there spot at the concert and it's also a fairly large drink! We were right up at the stage and during the opening act and main they actually had a beverage/bar cart come through at the security fence which I thought was pretty smart. Great sound, wonderful view from where we managed to stand, and good crowd.
