I was able to find it (priced great) and Christian answered all my questions regarding the delayed deliveries happening across town. He helped me finance my dream couch and was patient with the entire process of me sitting on the couch for an hour deciding if it was THE ONE. Every step of the purchase from the financing to the delivery was easy and effortless on my end. Christian was easy to get ahold of, responded extremely timely to any questions I had, and my couch came a month early! After one week of enjoying the new couch, there was an incident that caused the fabric on a cushion to snag and fray. I again, contacted Christian and within minutes he was able to provide me with protection plan info and gave me all the info I needed to file the claim to get the cushion fixed! This is my second major purchase from the Ashley Store in Redding and I have not been disappointed yet!

Be very careful ordering from this store (Redding, CA)…read more We ordered a sectional and one of the pieces came damaged. The delivery driver stated we could not refuse delivery (they would not take it back with them), and that we needed to contact Ashley to get a replacement piece. We've been going through that process for 3 weeks now and have not gotten any resolution on it yet, they are now asking for more pictures (even after the delivery driver took pictures). I finally called the store today and the manager asked if I refused delivery? I stated that your subcontractor (for delivery) told me that I could not refuse delivery and that I needed to go through customer service. At that point I realized something was off. Funny enough, I have a ring camera setup inside to record our Scottish Fold cats (for my wife's Cattery business), and it's high on a shelf but it captures the whole living room area and the audio is surprisingly good. I let the manager know that I do have the delivery on video including the part where I open the piece and see the damage, and when they tell me I cannot refuse delivery. If this is in violation of Ashley corporate policy I believe this could be a legal issue. Really though I don't want to press it, I just want a new piece to replace the one that is damaged. He said the process would be to send someone out to see if they could fix it. It seems quite ridiculous to me that they could deliver something that is "new", that's damaged and not replace it with something that is new and undamaged. That Ashley would consider just fixing something that is damaged rather than automatically replacing it with something that is new and undamaged tells you really all you need to know I think about them as a company. I don't live by an RC Willey anymore, but I had an issue with something that came damaged by them before and they replaced it with a new item no questions asked. So do what you like ordering from them, they do have decent furniture for the price when it's not damaged, but know your rights and do refuse delivery, even if the subcontractors they hire to deliver provide you misinformation (or outright lie, depending upon what they have been told they are able to do). I have more pictures but I got one without the delivery driver's face in it here for privacy reasons (live photos is so nice, thanks Apple), but there is also some of the internal wood cracked and more other damage. It still works, but when you're paying for something new to come out of the packaging like this it's very disappointing. Ken

After researching a number of furniture companies both locally and online, we chose to work with Caliber Office and couldn't have been happier with the experience. As other reviewers have noted, what stands out about Chris Cable and his staff is their high degree of professionalism and their excellent service standards. They are very responsive, reliable, honest, and hardworking, and they go out of their way to ensure that the the work is done well and on time. Ours was a complex purchasing project that involved multiple decision makers and thus lots of questions, differing opinions, and unexpected changes that could have easily frustrated any vendor. But they took it in stride and did everything right, which I really appreciated. Most of my clients are in the San Francisco Bay Area, but my experience working with Caliber Office was so good that I don't hesitate to call upon them for help when the need arises. I highly recommend them.

From Shelley, our designer to Bob the owner we had all our questions answered and found exactly what we were looking for. While I understand there are those who do not believe the science of COVID, it seems to me from a business position, the sales person working with me would want to wear a mask when I expressed concern that she did not. I have lost a friend and have family members still reeling from the virus; I have a condition that requires I be careful. Therefore, from plain old ethical 'business practices' when I expressed concern a second time on the phone discussing my purchase receipt, the salesperson slammed me with her response. It was insulting. She let me know that my concern was insignificant because "there's all sorts of information out there." I bought a floor piece that day for a great price. I was going to order much more furniture and lots and lots of window coverings! What happened to good old fashioned service to the customer? I guess this EA doesn't need business. The 2 stars are for the gentleman, Bob, who called me very soon after my purchase to set up a delivery AND for respectfully wearing a mask at my home. Thank you, Bob and your assistant. I am grateful for your professionalism.

Jolly Giant pretty much died over a decade ago. The owners are more interested in their leasing parking spaces and warehouse space to trucks and who knows what, and their can and bottle recycling business. A truck "accidentally" crashed and bent the rear gate that allowed access to the rear dock, a long time ago but this gate has been broken for years now. guess they took the insurance money and spent it on other things. beer can baskets, broken bottles all over the place blocking any hope of parking near a selling space on the rear dock. Trucks and can bundles block the entire area. If you plan on coming out here to sell some of your items I would say forget about it. You can't even get to the back dock anymore without having to park some distance and lug everything you want to sell across their lot and then to a table. by the end of a crappy day, who feels like lugging all of your unsold stuff back to your vehicle. After spending $10.00 per table to try and sell your stuff that you could not even give away to the cheap people who spend the day here just looking, you most likely will find out this was not worth your time and labor. Have a garage sale or donate your stuff. Trust me it will make your life a lot less complicated and frustrating plus you will come out money ahead. The dozen or so regular peddlers have the selling spaces on the front dock monopolized and it's the only place where you can actually pull up and unload. The few shoppers who get their socializing for the week, visit this place to catch up their friends on their B.S. of the day and the unwary passers by who see this market from the highway and think it"s a real flea market, find out fast, or already know that the chance of finding the good stuff (not likely) and any new non regular sellers will be out on the rear dock. LOL If you like seeing the same over priced junk from the same ancient sellers week after week, month after month and year after year, then this is the place for you. Shame that flea markets are so big everywhere else but the people who get the permission from the city to even have a flea market couldn't care less. The other market, which I will be doing a review update on, is worse and only active on Sunday.
