We've never had an issue with anything purchased and delivery was fast and free I like the laid back sales approach. I want to look and see what's available not be followed by someone making chit chat and trying to keep you in the store. When you have a question, someone is always right there to answer it. I don't want to be pressured from a copycat used car salesman. You won't find that here! I've paid cash for everything we have purchased except one item years ago that was financed. I remember the financing being very easy to fill out and having 12 months to pay. This was 6 or 7 years ago so this may have changed. During my most recent visit, 2 people were going through financing and it seemed very easy for them. All in all, I can't see how you can be disappointed in this huge, well stocked store. You can special order certain brands, finance and the have free local delivery. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knows their inventory. You can't that is the huge big box stores...

My wife and I decided that we would buy a new sofa this year. I am very tall and heavier, she is…read moreaverage height. We had some specific ideas on desired seat height, seat depth, foam firmness, and build quality. We live in Redding, so we started our shopping in Redding. We had some good experiences in Redding and some bad. We drove down to Red Bluff and visited The Furniture Depot. We met David and a few members of the team. They patiently helped us find the right sofa design, seat foam density, and fabric choice for our sofa. We got fabric samples and took them home. They answered all of our questions with a smile. We ordered a Stanton Model 605 sofa with our choice of fabric and seat cushion foam. The couch arrived within the earlier part of the time frame they quoted. They gave us a specific time frame for the delivery date. The delivery guys called us first, arrived within that time slot, and did a great job delivering the couch and hauling the old one away. We have had the couch for a week now. We absolutely love it. It is exactly what we wanted. We will purchase from them again and refer our friends to them. We saved money over buying the sofa from the Redding dealer, even figuring our two trips to Red Bluff and the delivery charge. The service we received was top notch. Tip: If you are taller and heavier than average and want a quality sofa that will last....Look at the Stanton 605 with the High Density seat Cushion. If you have a cat that scratches the rougher textures on your sofa, get a smoother finish with tight weave. Our cat leaves this fabric alone, no scratching. Steve and April.

While I understand there are those who do not believe the science of COVID, it seems to me from a business position, the sales person working with me would want to wear a mask when I expressed concern that she did not. I have lost a friend and have family members still reeling from the virus; I have a condition that requires I be careful. Therefore, from plain old ethical 'business practices' when I expressed concern a second time on the phone discussing my purchase receipt, the salesperson slammed me with her response. It was insulting. She let me know that my concern was insignificant because "there's all sorts of information out there." I bought a floor piece that day for a great price. I was going to order much more furniture and lots and lots of window coverings! What happened to good old fashioned service to the customer? I guess this EA doesn't need business. The 2 stars are for the gentleman, Bob, who called me very soon after my purchase to set up a delivery AND for respectfully wearing a mask at my home. Thank you, Bob and your assistant. I am grateful for your professionalism.

The…read morelady took me through the selection process - first choosing the mattress by style and then arranging for the size you want. It was quick and easy and she was very helpful. I thought that the beds were really expensive but I also know that they are very well made. my last mattress was less than a thousand but only lasted five years. this one can be flipped and from the reviews seems like it will last much longer. the full was delivered the next day but the 3/4 we put on hold because they needed exact measurements. this bed frame was built in the 1700s when nothing was standard. it took a month and a half before we were ready to have them make it. after they delivered it they sent me a huge bill for an invoice that i had already paid. i was worried about this, because i had paid so far in advance. another company did this to me and they are still sending me bills ten years later and i have to check my credit report constantly and have on cue a legal argument in case they do, because they wound't fix it. these guys fixed the problem right away and apologized for sending me bills for a month. a lot of companies don't do this kind of service anymore and customers fall through the cracks, so for all these reasons i keep my five star rating.

We worked with Jamie, Pam (I think this is the woman working at the front desk - if not, she's great too) and Clyde who did the upholstery. We encountered other employees as well and all were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't sure about the exact material and color we wanted so they presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each material choice. We decided on a medium brown leather. They met every timeline and commitment they made to us. We couldn't be happier with our chairs. The finished product is high quality and fits in perfectly with our snack bar area. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
