    DO NOT SHOP HERE! Literally go anywhere else to shop! The only people I would ever send to the store, people that I really don't like and want to have a bad experience. We had a horrible experience spending $3500 in the store on a sectional and had some major damage done to our home and during the delivery which was not taken care of and Conns says it's not their problem that they use a third-party vendor. So I left a review on Google about my experience, and the quality of the couch and Conns replied to me review and asked me to contact them so they could "make it right" and I did and they refused to do anything for me once again. And yes, it's the same email that they replied to all of these yelp reviews the cons at Zendesk. They just do that to make it look like they care but nothing actually happens. What exactly is the definition of make it right if they haven't done anything to correct the situation I'm not getting any kind of apology from the store or any kind of discount on for the terrible experience. The couch we bought is nowhere near the quality that we were hoping we would get with the amount we paid for it. UPDATE: I reached out to the business as they prompted me to, and they replied to this yelp review, and guess what, nothing happened. They just do that to look good but in all reality, they don't do ANYTHING to resolve the issue! WHAT A JOKE

    Our fridge's ice maker has broken twice. The kicker? Their computer shows an employee deleted our extended warranty 20 minutes after our purchase as we furnished our newly built house. We just found this out a year after our initial purchase. Of the 4 pieces of furniture and 1 appliance, only a loveseat still has a warranty. How insane is THAT!!! The GM and Corporate refuse to be of any help. We'll never buy another thing from these crooks.

    I've past Conn's on several different occasions but I never stopped to see what Conn's had to offer, that is until my sister decided to buy a new livingroom set and a washer and dryer. We were greeted by Orlando who allowed us the opportunity to look around the store freely without any sales pitches or pressure to purchase. Orlando was very informative and helpful without being intrusive. Conn's offers a wide variety of furniture and appliance however, its priced slightly higher then other furniture stores in the area. Our purchasing experience was pleasant. I wish I could say the same about the delivery expeirence. The delivery service called and advised that our furniture would be delivered on Monday between 9 and noon. We asked for a later delivery time and was advised that there were no other times available. After waiting 30 minutes on hold to speak with a supervisor we were guaranteed that our delivery would be on Tuesday between 2 and 5. Monday night I receive a phone call that my furniture would be delivered between 9 and noon. Once again I have to wait and speak to a supervisor and was advised that my furniture will now have to wait until Wednesday to be delivered. I understand that the delivery service is separate from Conn's, however, it does have a bearing on my decision to shop at Conn's again.

    The wharhouse that they have are redicoulsly lazy! No line and it took them an hour to get me a chair!!! 1 chair!

The set looked very nice, but didn't hold up well to the Arizona elements. It was powder coated aluminum. The furniture was exposed to the afternoon sun which Killed the paint and turned it white. The time around, we decided to give the polywood a go. We have had it before and it held up very well. It also doesn't scratch as easily as paint. The polywood is not quite as elegant as some other options, but it really did look nice on our patio. The Pure Patio staff were very helpful and patient with our indecisive nature. They also have many yard and patio figurines and art to spice up the yard. We are enjoying our new furniture very much!

I called the store and they say that we the customer is responsible if assembling the item or they could charge me a $140 service fee for response and $20 for assembly. I strongly don't recommend since we chose this furniture because of the warranty and trying to support local business. The price point was high and now the service doesn't match needless to say the product broken within 2 1/2 years.

    Although they were able to match the price we received from AFW, there customer service is…read moreterrible. We have to wait until 2 days before deliver to find out what time they will deliver the product and then you are given a four hour window. When they delivered the product the console did not have the correct attachments so they had to schedule for a technician to come out to fix it. The delivery team were nice and took pictures and sent in all the information for the technician to come fix the console. I had to wait two weeks for the technician to come out and again I had to wait for 2 days before to give me the window of time (good thing I have a flexible schedule to make last minute adjustments to my schedule to accommodate their delivery/arrival time). When the technician showed up he took the same pictures and had to call to order the parts. He was on hold 25 mins the first time before he was disconnected and then he called back and had to wait another 35+ mins before they answered his call to the distribution center. Once he ordered the parts that were going to take 10 business days to receive in the mail, I was told I could schedule an appointment for a technician to come out after I received both pieces. Well now two weeks later, the parts arrived and now to call for an appointment. I called 6 different times and was on hold greater than 25 mins each time. Finally after never being able to get through on the number you are supposed to call 866.436.3388, I finally went to the store to speak to a live person. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was directed to the back of the store. The manager asked if I had pushed the number to speak to a customer service rep, which I replied I have tried every button on the phone to try to get to a live person and have had to be on hold for multiple different times. He stated that they just acquired a new division with 17 more locations and they are short staffed. Unfortunately your staffing issues are not my problem. Maybe they should not have acquired more centers if they could not support the volume. So supposedly they were putting in a request for a technician to call me with an appointment (this was on 7/15/19) but I have yet to hear from anyone. I am still waiting for my couch to be repaired. I wonder how long it will take to get a technician out here.
