I have been a loyal customer for multiple years now . I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars through Conns . I am WARNING you now if you use their delivery service make sure you schedule for your items to be dropped off in the day time that way you can properly inspect everything. I had Conns deliver over $5000 worth of merchandise . A large couch, frigerator as well as a dishwasher. After reviewing the couch then the fridge then the dishwasher the individual took a couple pictures then left, please Note this was at night time with poor lighting. That next morning when the Sun came out I respected all my items . After inspecting the dishwasher there was clearly a fairly large Dent. This was a huge concern of mine as I spent thousands of dollars to have a new set in my kitchen. After reviewing my ring home video doorbell I had a clear video of their technician setting my dishwasher on the top front where the buttons are on the ground and then pushing the dishwasher over on its face. I then reached out to Conns on multiple occasion's sent multiple emails with proof of the Video. I was told several times that the pictures there technician took doesn't show a dent and I signed the waiver there is nothing they can do for me. I then took 5 pictures in the day time of different angles 4 angles in which you cannot see the dent one angle in which you can clearly see the Dent. Find attached This still wasn't enough evidence for them they clearly said, we can not see in our picture our guy took so unfortunately we can not do anything for you ... now im stuck with a $500 dishwasher that has a dent in it . So if you want to take a chance on going through what i am going through now be my guest. They do not Value their customers. I have spent over $10000 they will not make it right on a $500 dishwasher. I am a owner of a company and understand the value of customer service in all cases the customer is right whether they are or not, in this case I feel as I have not done anything wrong and have sent more than enough evidence to prove my case which in the end is still only going to cost me money. Very disappointed they are going to lose a customer over $500 is crazy to me

I found a couple more flamingo things, but discovered to my surprise that they do not carry slipcovers. This strikes me as odd for such a gigantic store. It was difficult to find anyone to help me, but when I did, he was very helpful. Almost everything I bought was summer stuff on clearance. A lot of summer and garden stuff is NOT on clearance. Also weird, as I write this in early November. I didn't really need two adorable garden gnomes, but I wanted them. Alas, not on clearance, and neither was the large grey resin alligator. I probably would have bought it at $40, but definitely not at $80. Silly impulses can only go so far. $80 is too far for me. Hangers are well priced, will go back and get them another time. It's always the ugliest patio cushions that go on sale. Oh well. Some patio umbrellas are on clearance, others are not. Also weird. Maybe some patterns are temporary and others permanent stock.

My biggest negative: the employees look like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. You won't be offered help or greeted or barely talked to so set your expectations low.

I left for the few other things as well but these are my favorites! The staff were really patient as we made our final selections and headed towards the register. They could have rushed us out, but instead they just started cleaning up and as soon as we noticed, we immediately made our way to check out. The cashier was very friendly and kind, which was the capstone on an already fantastic shopping experience. I wish we had more time to shop, but I think our wallets (as well as my limited suitcase space) agree that it was just enough.

There's racers, cat toys, the standard paper crowns and trinkets, and even a make your own. I wanted to do that but it's expensive for just the kit. Ended up with a set that has bingo in it so we can play that after pulling the crackers. The cashier was polite and they have a rewards program if you shop here a lot. Parking in shared lot. Do come and check them out for unique items from all over the world.

    We ordered a sectional in Sept for our basement from furniture row. We Needed it for the holidays…read more When they delivered it last week, they could not get it in our basement the hallway was to narrow. FR would not give us a refund so we tried to find something there, of course they have nothing in stock And anything that was in stock was small enough to fit or was ugly. The smaller piece we needed for the couch would not be in until January. The manager said I should keep the two pieces i had and just deal with it. We were frantic And of course no refund only exchange. We did not know this as i have never had something delivered that would not fit. We headed to AFW - the salesman ran all over the store with me to measure sofas to find one that would fit And was in stock. The sofa came and again they couldn't get it down. The driver asked if i wanted a refund. This was heaven to me as I was fighting with FR for my money back on the first sofa. Instead i said no lets find something and again they helped us find a couch. They did not charge me a re stocking fee either. I have spent over 10k at FR and now i have to spend a credit there for things i don't need because they will not refund you. I am not going to FR ever again. FR should be a little lenient in their return policy during these times with no inventory update: they made it right, thank you FR!

We went and fell in love w the Cinderella white bed size FULL. They had only the floor model and staged. We bought it. Rebecca was my sales lady. She told me the guys would disassemble it and have it all wrapped up for me when I come back for pickup at 5. So I arrive w my husband and our truck. They told me to pull around to customer pickup around the building by the trucks. I do so and they open the side door and the bed is all in pieces and parts all over the floor. I said WHAT is this. Rebecca said it would be all wrapped up and ready to go. They said OH SORRY there must have been a miscommunication, we will wrap it now. Can we also have your paper work. My husband gave all papers / receipts. So they wrap it up loosely in big bags, help put in it my truck. We arrive home and quickly get to work putting this together. ONE . It is missing hardware. TWO. It is missing a metal slat part that slips into the side rail and headboard. THREE. He never gave us back my paper work and receipt. Now please, answer your phone so I may speak with you. They've been around for over 80 years with everything handmade to order. Upon entry we were greeted by an interior designer that followed us around to see what we like. She took notes as we reflected on different pieces. She explained to us the process of buying furniture. Basically pick your favorite furniture, then at the designer appointment sort out your fabrics (1,500 to choose from) and cushion material (3 to choose from). She even offered to come out to our house as a courtesy and part of the whole package. Our "interior designer" was excellent, very attentive and engaged. They pride themselves in being interior designers and not just furniture sales people. Ethan Allen tends to have traditional or classic designs, but have recently expanded their horizons into more transitional designs. If you're in the market for high quality furniture and have a few bills to spend, this may be the place.
