Had a 7 pm reservation for 6 on a Monday night. Arrived early and had libations at the bar. Table ready on time and the food frenzy began. Appetizers of fried green tomatoes, mushrooms, calamari and Korean ribs. Then onto filets, ribeyes and chicken cutlet Parmigiano with baked potatoes corn, fries, broccoli and sprouts. Atmosphere was casual and bar and our server were attentive to all of our needs. Unfortunately, no room for dessert. Maybe next time. Enjoy!

Valentine's Day called for something special, and the new Connors location in Naples answered with authority. Let's set the scene: a bottle of Caymus on the table, because when you're celebrating love, you bring the good stuff. And this meal? It lived up to the wine. I went with the 9 oz filet paired with a lobster tail, baked potato, and a bowl of their crab and lobster bisque. My wife kept it elegant with the 6 oz filet, baked potato, and the same bisque. Every. Single. Bite. Spectacular. The filets were cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, that beautiful sear you want from a proper steakhouse. The lobster tail was sweet and succulent, no rubbery nonsense here. And that crab and lobster soup? Rich, decadent, the kind of starter that makes you slow down and savor. But what really elevated the evening was the service. Attentive without being intrusive, warm without being over the top, exactly what you want on a romantic night out. They made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. Naples just got a serious addition to its restaurant landscape. This new Connors location isn't just riding on the name, it's earning its place. The Verdict: A five-star Valentine's Day experience, start to finish. Caymus flowing, filets melting in our mouths, lobster on point, and service that made us feel like the only table in the room. Connors Naples is the real deal. Welcome to the neighborhood.

OK, this is a new place, only been open 3 weeks. But, one would not guess that - it is so well-organized, like an eatery that has been operating for years. Connors apparently has other restaurants and that is why they were able to convert an ugly pharmacy/retail store into a charming dining establishment. Three of us went for an early dinner last evening. Arriving 430 pm the place was practically empty, but filled up during the next hour and a half (Thursday evening). We ordered drinks - two had cocktails, one had wine. Fine. Porter was our attentive, professional server. The servers wear outfits that look like white chef uniforms (good look). We all started with the Lobster Crab Bisque, yummy. For entrees, two ordered beef: Signature 9 oz filet for $48 and Petite 6 oz filet for $42, and one ordered fish: Red Grouper $36; all of us chose potato as side. Meals were simply delicious. We were pretty full so skipped dessert. We are so glad to discover a new excellent restaurant in North Naples. We will definitely be back!

Four of us went to Connor's for a celebratory dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered the filet special and sides. It was delicious. As good or better than most steakhouses in Naples. The service was good too. We will definitely go back.

We were excited to go to the new Connor's in Naples, last Tuesday evening. Our reservation was for 8 p.m. We got lucky, and were seated a bit early. We had barely taken our coats off and sat down, and a server promptly asked us if we had reviewed the menu. We politely responded that we had literally just been seated. Less than 5 minutes later, a floor manager stopped by and inquired if we were enjoying our experience (we hadn't been there even 10 minutes at that point) We ordered a soda (with lime) and water. As per the norm, no lime (happens all the time, everywhere) We ordered the blue cheese salad and fried green tomatoes as appetizers. Both were excellent, but in my opinion, the BEST FGT's are at Hogfish Harry's. Fast forward to our entrees. We ordered the NY Strip Medium Rare with asparagus and the Mac and cheese as well as the Parmesan encrusted halibut with creamed spinach. Both the steak and halibut were EXCELLENT. However, the asparagus was as bland as could be (no seasoning at all) while the creamed spinach was quite salty) The 2 of us do not drink alcohol, so we requested a glass of their NA Wines (a chardonnay, and an Italian sparkling NA wine) Wine glasses were brought to the table and we were halfway thru our meal when the server came back to check on us. We inquired about the NA Wines, and she went to check on them. We were told they were out of them and would we like something else. We declined. The floor manager popped by again, and I mentioned the lack of the NA wines. She went to check and Viola! She located the chardonnay, but they were in fact, out of the sparkling Italian. She said that both would be taken off the bill. Once the bill came, I gave it a quick lookover, and noticed both wines were on there. The server came back over, I pointed it out, bill was corrected and all was fine. We also ordered the chocolate mousse cake to go, and sadly, it tasted like it had been sitting in the walk-in fridge, unboxed/unwrapped and had that "refrigerator" taste to it. Overall, the food was good (other than the vegetables and the dessert) and the servers could use a bit more training. We will 100% go back, but maybe wait a few weeks and hope the staff are better equipped to handle issues/simple mistakes. It is also a very LOUD restaurant (they have very high ceilings), so for those with sensitive hearing, you may prefer to go earlier or a bit late, when there will quite likely be less people and noise (it seems that most restaurants are much louder than they used to be? But, that is just my opinion). I've been to the Fort Myers location previously, and that was a 10/10 experience. Looking forward to going back to the new Naples location later in season, or more towards the end of season. I hope others find my review helpful. Enjoy!

Me, my husband and 32 year old daughter went out to dinner for the Xmas season. We always go to Jimmy Ps and we go an average of once a month and our dinner bill is usually $375 to $450 every time. Last night we ordered 2 filet mignon and a Rib eye steaks with a potatoe side and grilled asparagus. My daughter ordered her steak medium and a side of mashed potatoes. Her steak was horrible. No salt and pepper and no seasoning. Her steak was cooked well done. The server came over and we showed him and he did provide my daughter with a fresh perfectly cooked steaks. I had the rib eye, Pittsburgh medium rare. I have this steak every time i come here and have eaten this probably 50 times.last night whatever seasoning was used has the char taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill and tasted absolutely rancid. We noticed that the asparagus side that was also grilled had the same rancid taste. I didn't send it back since they already cooked a replacement steak for my daughter. I tried to explain to server but I didn't demand a new steak. Paid $80 for a steak I couldn't eat. The service is always great and last night no exception. I think we will be taking a break from there for a bit

The start of…read moredate night was made happier by nearby easy parking in the city garage at 4th Ave and 8th St. Upon entry, the first thing I noticed was how loud OP was! In this case, it was a sign of good times, as the noise was mainly table conversations in a full house. Our open-table reservation was ready, and we were seated at a table near the "wine wall." After pondering the possibilities, our evening went like this: *Cocktails: "Take two" for her: Strawberry-Infused Botanist Gin, Mango, Citrus Basil, Foam; a bourbon old-fashioned for him: Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, Aperol, Simple Syrup, Angostura Aromatic Bitters (a cherry too, perhaps Luxardo). *We made the strategic decision to avoid soups/salads to make sure there was room for dessert, and went directly to entrees: Chilean Sea Bass (best seller, we hear) for her: Broccolini, Pearl Onion, Potato Puree, Truffle Vinaigrette; and the Halibut special with gnocchi for him. Both EXCELLENT! A glass of Sauvignon Blanc with each. *Dessert: Crème Brulée for her, a much anticipated Ten Layer Carrot Cake for him, and decaf coffee + cream for both. Was saving room for dessert worth it? Yes, absolutely. My compliments to Todd, perhaps the best server I remember during the past year. Why? He seemed to have no agenda except to please the customer. There was no pressure to order quickly, and nothing about our order fazed him. Gluten-free requests were handled flawlessly. No soup or salad? He did not even blink, as if he himself thought it was an excellent idea. Todd, thank you for being the perfect meal guide and steward.

PRIME MY FOOT !…read more Worst steak meal I've hand since having a steak at Dennys from breakfast... OK, this is gonna be a 3 part experience cause you deserve the facts and nothing but the facts JACK ! Having dined at Ocean Prime in Seaport District in Massachusetts I thought I'd be having an excellent experience yet that was not to be. So let's start our journey of the nights events at Ocean Scam! So we're having a stroll through beautiful Naples and see a familiar name for dining. We decided to check it out cause our experience was amazing up North.. THE HELP- A +++ Upon arrival we were greeted by a beautiful set of host ladies who escorted us to a full window seat. Another person who was very polite pours us some water and takes a beverage order. Then our super polite waiter comes over for questions & order. He was fantastic and his talents are wasted here cause he could be a great one. THE FOOD: F - FAIL Ok so now is the drama part of our evening. We ordered a rib eye ( MEDIUM ) and Filet ( MEDIUM ) well our steak arrive and both are CRISP with grey insides , YES OVER COOKED! My lady is now pissed so she points it out to waiter he is apologetic. He then reviews mine and says he will bring new steaks out... So as I grow older and famished a new set of steaks arrive and a second set of items accompanied it. THE FILET is now burnt on outside and purple not cooked in middle and my ribeye is the same. However no steak juices even flowed from hers. It was like a hockey puck from Florida Panthers was served... Mine had zero taste but has juices on the plate. The waiter came back and saw it an apologized profusely. He comped her steak but I'm thinking what the hell is going on in the kitchen. Ever hear of a meat thermometer guys??? No the funny thing was is the couple behind us was from Boston also and he was complaining about the same thing. I watched as he tried to stab his fork into the meat like the flag on Iwo Jima except he could even pierce the meat it was so rock solid... Good thing they purchased a few bottles of wine to forget the experience as well. But I did laugh at his steak misery... My fries , corn & house salad were excellent with no complaints. My desert of carrot cake was Decadent and best thing about my experience at Ocean Prime... THE AMBIANCE: A+++ OP had a great vibe from the moment you saw the outside till you stepped inside. First class decor you'd expect from a swanky place. Our window seat gave a great view of the courtyard for people watching and I'm gonna say the candles in the bathroom gave an Aromatic refreshing scent to a place that normally needs it after a steak dinner. I wish they sold those candles cause I'd defiantly grab a few for the home.. Well, that's my experience for OCEAN " NOT SO " PRIME ! I gave the steaks THE FINGER just in case my displeasure didn't come through...

Service was alway excellent and very attentive, food was very good but definitely not cheap. Because of the price, I do have certain expectations, and on this visit, it fell slightly short. We arrived at 6:30pm our reservation time, and were promptly taken to our table. The hostess first offered a table right at the door, I rejected, the restaurant was still fairly empty. Then we were led to another table right next to a big table of 15+ people. Before I said anything, she quickly suggested maybe a quieter table, thank you for that. We ended up with a table on the other corner, it was perfect. As usual, hubby ordered a martini, it came with a lot of ice chip, oops didn't past our first test. We ordered the seared Foie Gras and Kumato Tomato and Watermelon salad. The Foie Gras was done perfectly. The watermelon in the salad was cured, not my type of salad. For our entree I had the short rib, very tender but very dense and lean, hubby had the Delmonico steak with Foie Gras added. The steak has a little bit too much fat and not sure it was worth the cost. We enjoyed the two sides every much - Brussels sprout and sauté mushroom. I joked that perhaps next time I should just have Brussels sprouts and seared Foie gras as my dinner, and I would be very happy. We also ordered a chocolate soufflé which takes 30 min to make. Much to our surprise that the waiter had it split for us when it was brought out. Overall it was a wonderful night, with live piano music playing throughout the whole meal. But we also began to wonder, was it worth the cost? The steak had a little too much fat that it should; Martini has too much ice chip, the two glasses of wine were pricy and forced. Perhaps we will save it for very special occasion only, and next time we will try one of the other three restaurants on site.
