The staff is always nice, patient, friendly, accommodating, and willing to answer any inquires we may have. Since we usually order take-out / drive through, we did not see the inside. The outside, however, is always clean and tidy. Maybe, next time we will make a special trip to the dining area. Otherwise, their hot dogs and the rest of their yummy selections are worth the trip! Cheers !!

But all jokes aside I wanted to shoutout this location because the gals that work the drive thru here are super nice, my order is always correct and honestly there really is never a line at this location, at least not when I come. It's a little hidden nearby the base and I've found it to be an easy in and out drive thru location. Again, the gals that seem to always be working the drive thru during the daytime are elite. Always so nice and friendly. They take my order without confusion or repeats and the order is always correct. My standard order will always be their chili cheese dog with easy chili (makes it less messy) and then usually whatever special flavored lemonades they have for the season. You can't go wrong. I only leave fast food reviews here and there but when a place has nice staff and consistency worth giving them a nice little shoutout. Glad we have this spot in the 805 for when I just want a throwback easy bite.

There are no fancy contracts, no drama, and no surprises--just a handshake, a date, and a headcount. I tell Wayne when we're eating and how many mouths we need to feed, and he shows up on time, fully prepared, and ready to deliver. That kind of reliability is rare, and it means everything when you're feeding a large group. The food is consistently excellent, the service is smooth, and the whole operation reflects pride, experience, and family values. You can tell this is a family-owned business that genuinely cares about doing things right. When you find people you can trust completely, you stick with them--and that's exactly why we'll continue to use It's in the Sauce for future reunions. Highly recommended without hesitation.

We probably wouldn't have dropped by it if someone hadn't told us about it. The staff was kind, friendly, and gave suggestions when we asked questions about the various meat options. The cash register is right straight in as you walk in. There are communal benches outside and a few high top tables inside, but the restaurant seemed to get a lot of pick up orders. Food came out within 5 minutes on a Saturday at lunch, which I was weary about since it's BBQ - but everything ended up still being hot and juicy. We ended up going with the 3-meat plate for about $30 total. It was enough for 2 people (or 1 really hungry person!). We ordered the brisket, burnt ends, and hot links which came with garlic bread and two sides of our choice - the star of the show was for sure the burnt ends, which were juicy and deeply flavorful. The brisket was moist, which I feel like is hard to find, but I do wish it had more flavor. The hot links were also good but didn't have much nuance either. Next time, we'll definitely save room to try some dessert, which was only $5! If you're in the area, definitely check this place out!

I rarely eat any "fast food" like McDonalds, Jack In the Box, etc. and consider Five Guys to be a step above those places based on the quality of the food and how everything is cooked to order. I also don't feel sick to my stomach after eating there. I love the topping options like grilled mushrooms that Five Guys offers and the ingredients always taste super fresh to me. The fries with the skin on and malt vinegar are addicting and IMO far superior to In N Out. The prices have definitely gone up a lot over the years...the little cheeseburger and little fries was around $17, which does feel a bit steep, but that's how things go right now. The regular cheeseburger was only $2 more but I didn't want the calories of that, which are over 1000 by the time you add toppings and the little cheeseburger is always perfectly filling for me. When crowded, parking can be a bit difficult but I have always managed to find a spot. This location itself was very clean and the staff were all friendly. It was pretty empty at that particular location, with everyone getting orders to go, so it felt a bit depressing in there, but hopefully I was just in there at a slow time.

Fresh ingredients and bold flavors made it a hit. Today, after a long baseball practice, my hungry tweens had one thing in mind--refueling here. The Little Classic Combo was the perfect choice for them. At $12.99, it felt like a good value considering the high-quality ingredients. The cashier was friendly and helpful, even recommending the combo for the boys. They went all the way--grilled onions, mushrooms, and a bag full of fries to share. Definitely a home run! Beyond the food, I appreciated the clean and well-organized space. The bonus? Complimentary peanuts while you wait! Best of all, while they enjoyed their meal, I got to soak up the sun with a latte. Win-win! We will definitely be back.

Quite little place decorated in a 50s theme with a nice sound system playing oldies. There is a small aquarium with cute fish! See photo. I watched them while I waited for my to go order. When I first entered I noticed a table that looked full of uneaten food but no one sitting there. It was a bit bizarre and I think it might be to show you some of the food on offer. See photo. I ordered the Italian beef wet sandwich with peppers. It was made fresh and was tasty. Recommend if you are in the area. Good place to stop if you are hiking and one of the open spaces.

When I opened the door to what I thought was the restaurant, I wasn't sure until I looked around inside. Now that I found the place, on to the food! Combo Sandwich Best of both worlds, Italian sausage topped with Italian beef. I added hot peppers to mine and this was one amazing sandwich! The flavor from the sausage and the beef combined, and individually, was awesome. I loved every bite of it and can't say enough about the flavors. The bread was hearty enough to hold it all, yet still soft and chewy. I really liked that. Chili Cheese Fries When these arrived at my table, they weren't presented how I was expecting them. I'm used to chili cheese fries served with the chili and cheese on top of the fries. No utensils were served with these, so I ate them as I thought they were intended...as a dipping dish... The fries.. well, I wouldn't go out of my way to get them.. They were served somewhat lukewarm, borderline cold. Shoestring fries that were very limp and not crisp. Now, to the best part of this item. The chili. The chili tasted outstanding! I really loved the flavor and it had a nice meaty consistency. The cheese sauce was unique and was really good as well. This wasn't your typical nacho cheese sauce. It had a different, slightly elevated, flavor profile that I couldn't place. Overall, some really good food here sans the fries. Great beef, sausage and chili. I would definitely come back for some more of the deliciousness!
