Company is responsive; however they came out to replace the propane tanks that fuel our pool heater…read moreand after install they left the propane tanks in the on position while the pool equipment was running. This caused the heater to kick on and run for approximately 18 hours and empty at least one of the tanks prior to my first intentional use. When I called to discuss this issue, they informed me they always leave propane tanks in the on position (even if they were off upon their arrival) and it is not their responsibility to understand the downstream impacts of leaving the tanks open. I asked what they would do to make it right and they said they had no responsibility and that the wasted propane was my fault. I have never had a propane service leave the tanks open with no regard to the downstream setup of what the propane was being used for. That doesn't seem safe or responsible especially if the tanks were closed when the technician arrived. I do not recommend using this company.

UPDATE: after a canned response from the Regional Manager claiming it's for MY safety... Here's what he said: "Our line inspection fee is standard and ensures your safety. During the inspection, we perform a pressure test on your gas line through your home to ensure that there are no leaks. We also inspect your propane tank from top to bottom along with your propane appliances." so Mr. Manager, who asked you to perform any tests??? The tanks and the regulator is your responsibility I understand (soap test) the rest of the infrastructure is MY responsibility. If I need the pipes/stove inside my house to be inspected I would hire a licensed inspector. You don't seem to get that you're using words like "risk" and "safety" to extort $69 from customers when AGAIN, all you need to do is a soap test on the regulator and the tank fittings THAT'S IT, that's all you are liable for in case of an incident, and you know it!!! So if you do your JOB RIGHT with the tanks there's no problems is there???

The closest one was a two hour drive up north and on memorial weekend Friday late afternoon I would not have made it in time. Why they couldn't send someone this day to get it so I would have it the flowing morning was something I asked and the employees can only say " unfortunately we do t do that". So instead of making it right for the customer they always say " unfortunately". They can get away with this because no one else rents moving trailers. They rented me a truck for the same price but no tow dolly available for my vehicle and I can't drive two vehicles at once so I have to hire someone to drive my truck to my relocation and drive the uhaul truck back. Uhaul has the market tied up so they can treat people like garbage.
