Zach came out and was super knowledgeable and explained the issue. He quickly fixed the problem with the toilet and at a very reasonable cost compared to quotes I got from other companies. Zach replaced the flapper and valve. We had an old pull out method valve and he installed a more sturdy quarter turn valve on our toilet.
