The installation team finished so efficiently that Chris gave us a substantial discount off our quoted price. I'm very satisfied with the results--we finally have solid wifi access everywhere with an efficient ethernet backbone, and a nice (Amazon) app to control it, too. The installer team led by Ian, were on time and did top-notch work. When they took the old network down to turn on the new one, I didn't even notice an interruption!! They were creative problem solvers on site and responded to our special needs and feedback as well. (They explained how to avoid Amazon Sidewalk at my request.) He even helped to recommend and set up a better home internet/ wifi system with my own modem and router. With this recommendation I will save a bunch of money in the long run.
