Push notifications work perfectly. Email notifications work perfectly. He flat out lied to us. Lied. All he had to say was "I don't know how", but he blamed AT&T for everything. I was getting pretty testy by the end of the phone call. Didn't swear. Didn't yell. But yes, testy. Did it all myself, no thanks to their tech support. I should've written down his name.
