November 27, 2018 I took my MacBook Pro in for a screen repair. I was trying to avoid Apple's…read moreexorbitant prices. Yet, somehow I accepted an upfront charge of $533.37 for a new screen at Paradigm. After several days I called to check on the status of my laptop and was told that the new screen was coming from China and it wasn't in yet. This went on for weeks. Finally, in mid January I was told my computer was ready. Yes, the screen was now intact, but new problems arose... Remember in the old days of computers when they told you not to leave a certain picture on your screen too long or it would get etched in? Apparently, someone in China was into anime. Most of my $2,000+ laptop has a screen with barely distinguishable images all over it. The bottom left looks like a phantom cartoon person with astonished eyes and a mouth open in shock. Plus, every so often the screen separates from the backing at the top revealing the lights within. I am able to press it back together. I contacted them in January. No response. I have considered following through with more action, but I really don't want to deal with this company anymore. I have purchased a new laptop and let children use the old one.

They showed up on time, EVERY time and took incredible care of us. They tested, retested, and made recommendations to make this a wonderful experience. I have dealt with many alarm companies in the past and never have I dealt with one that made me feel like I was their ONLY client, even though I knew we were not. He even helped to recommend and set up a better home internet/ wifi system with my own modem and router. With this recommendation I will save a bunch of money in the long run. I love the security system he set up for my home. I would definitely recommend him and use this company in the future. According to his business card he does "Network Cabling", "Camera Systems", "Phone systems" also.
