I'm very satisfied with the results--we finally have solid wifi access everywhere with an efficient ethernet backbone, and a nice (Amazon) app to control it, too. The installer team led by Ian, were on time and did top-notch work. When they took the old network down to turn on the new one, I didn't even notice an interruption!! They were creative problem solvers on site and responded to our special needs and feedback as well. (They explained how to avoid Amazon Sidewalk at my request.) In the end Koby installed a mast, which sounded terrifying, but it wasn't. It is nice because it's not any taller than any other pipe sticking out of the roof, it has a weather head to protect the wiring, and it satisfied the power company's criteria for an attachment point to my home.
