The attachment for my power drop came off my roof. I never lost power, but the drop was hanging about 4 feet off the ground. Because of how my house is oriented on a hill there was some confusion between the electric company, city inspector, and Koby at first. In the end Koby installed a mast, which sounded terrifying, but it wasn't. It is nice because it's not any taller than any other pipe sticking out of the roof, it has a weather head to protect the wiring, and it satisfied the power company's criteria for an attachment point to my home.
