He stopped by on his way home from the hospital after his wife just gave birth to his child a couple hours after I spoke with him. Without asking for payment, Christian climbed on the roof of the house and disconnected the wires to make sure they were safe and then would have a very reasonable estimate ready for me that day. Because of how my house is oriented on a hill there was some confusion between the electric company, city inspector, and Koby at first. In the end Koby installed a mast, which sounded terrifying, but it wasn't. It is nice because it's not any taller than any other pipe sticking out of the roof, it has a weather head to protect the wiring, and it satisfied the power company's criteria for an attachment point to my home. Looks as good as an attachment point to your house can look :-). Crew was polite, on time, and did the work quickly.
