You cannot beat the team that he has. We were impressed with Logan and Zoran. Other companies seemed uninterested, but when I contacted Christian, he asked me a few questions and requested pictures. He stopped by on his way home from the hospital after his wife just gave birth to his child a couple hours after I spoke with him. Without asking for payment, Christian climbed on the roof of the house and disconnected the wires to make sure they were safe and then would have a very reasonable estimate ready for me that day. He started work almost immediately and worked around my schedule. He was always on time and professional, and the work was completed quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend.

Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Everything felt so impersonal and greedy. Based on their other reviews, I'm not shocked.

Early the next morning, she called and told me that they would have an electrician out within an hour. About 30 minutes later, Don (I think that was his name) arrived and introduced himself. He quickly got to work, and within 15-20 minutes had fixed the problem and installed a new cover around the bulb with a new string. The bill came to $55, which seemed reasonable to me. Overall, good experience and I'll certainly plan to use Taso's again in the future.
