Taking advantage of her situation they up sold her to 2K to clean all of the pipes. The technician was there until 7pm and by 7:30 the shower & toilets were backing back up again! She immediately called back and was told that they couldn't come back out until Monday and would waive the service call fee only. I then called a separate company who sent someone out that night and was able to locate the filter that connects the house plumbing to the septic (which Wilson plumbing said she did not have) and remove a clog in a drain that was supposedly just done, for 300.00.

However, they seem to have no issue promptly sending someone to collect payment--often before the work is even completed. That part of their service is remarkably punctual. On another occasion, they disregarded clearly communicated availability and scheduled at the wrong time. Additionally, they have been dishonest about their availability. We were told there was no weekend service, yet a technician later confirmed that weekend appointments do exist. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
