I'm very satisfied with the results--we finally have solid wifi access everywhere with an efficient ethernet backbone, and a nice (Amazon) app to control it, too. The installer team led by Ian, were on time and did top-notch work. When they took the old network down to turn on the new one, I didn't even notice an interruption!! They were creative problem solvers on site and responded to our special needs and feedback as well. (They explained how to avoid Amazon Sidewalk at my request.) I cancelled my service 4 weeks ago and when doing this I paid my last bill, as far as I was concerned, I was not informed that it would take a month for a cancellation request to be completed! Numerous phone calls from them telling me I had one more step to complete. I listened once while they offered a discount to try to convince me to keep the service. I then blocked the number. Received a bill yesterday. Called and spoke to a supervisor today and was informed that this last payment was the final step. I will not pay a bill that is trying to suck another payment from me after I paid for the service for over 20 years!
