I'm very satisfied with the results--we finally have solid wifi access everywhere with an efficient ethernet backbone, and a nice (Amazon) app to control it, too. The installer team led by Ian, were on time and did top-notch work. When they took the old network down to turn on the new one, I didn't even notice an interruption!! Numerous phone calls from them telling me I had one more step to complete. I listened once while they offered a discount to try to convince me to keep the service. I then blocked the number. Received a bill yesterday. Called and spoke to a supervisor today and was informed that this last payment was the final step. I will not pay a bill that is trying to suck another payment from me after I paid for the service for over 20 years!
