His quote was higher than another company, but his solution for our needs was the most fitting (using the CAT5 phone wires already in our walls rather than laggy wireless relays, like the other company's proposal, which seemed like a novice oversight in retrospect). The installation team finished so efficiently that Chris gave us a substantial discount off our quoted price. I'm very satisfied with the results--we finally have solid wifi access everywhere with an efficient ethernet backbone, and a nice (Amazon) app to control it, too. The installer team led by Ian, were on time and did top-notch work. When they took the old network down to turn on the new one, I didn't even notice an interruption!! They were creative problem solvers on site and responded to our special needs and feedback as well. (They explained how to avoid Amazon Sidewalk at my request.) They said I have to email a request to cancel. I said, I'm not asking if I can cancel, I'm demanding that you cancel my account. I also sent a time and date stamped email canceling. Now 2 months later I get a bill in the mail saying I'm late with late fee's. I just called them and they were very rude and said there is nothing they can do about it. There is something I can do about it. Better business bureau. If this bill is not taken care of I have my business attorneys on retainer. They have terrible business practices.

I called to cancel my service and the lady was so rude on the phone and said that will be a 1000.00 dollars ...you are under a three year contract...I told her that was totally unbeknownst to myself or my husband and after 17 years why would I sign a three year contract ...it's all so fishy...I pleaded with her only to fall on deaf ears. Numerous phone calls from them telling me I had one more step to complete. I listened once while they offered a discount to try to convince me to keep the service. I then blocked the number. Received a bill yesterday. Called and spoke to a supervisor today and was informed that this last payment was the final step. I will not pay a bill that is trying to suck another payment from me after I paid for the service for over 20 years!
